We had been by The Barn last fall on a night when it was bustling. It looked cool but we couldn’t get a table so we went back on this quiet (there) Memorial Day Weekend because it seemed like a nice ambience and that it would have good service. Although our server tried to be attentive we didn’t get our drinks until after 30 minutes - at least the rolls with lovely whipped butter had arrived a few minutes earlier. Perhaps the lagging service is more about the operational model than the server, who seemed to be trying.

The food was pretty solid. The cadence of the meal was weird. The bread for the table essentially came with the appetizers instead of at the beginning, and our entrees were done well before we had finished our starters. I put that it was a special occasion (birthday) and there was no acknowledgement of it. Just kind of an odd night, but I had great company so I enjoyed myself.

Took my wife there for Mother's Day brunch, we have been there in the past, and it was again excellent. The ambience is very nice, staff friendly and the food was delicious. We have never been disappointed.

House fries wasn’t house fries, it had good amount of onions and peppers. If you order omelette and ask to take ham, there is nothing else to add, omelette comes with cheese only. A/C was an issue, it was blowing over the table and made it uncomfortable to sit.

To the point…the quality of the food for the $$, not worth it. In addition, my meal came out cold, yes they took it back and put it back in the oven…but for the $$ this shouldn’t happen. From a taste perspective my meal was very bland.

The Barn is a lovely oasis of good food and quick service. Since this is kind of out of our way, we had never eaten there, but I'm glad we made the effort to get there. Drinks are good as well. I could see going there after work for a beverage.

Although our server was seemingly new and didn't have a comfort level with the menu, our meals were quiet good, the ambiance was pleasurable, the decor and building were beautiful, and the service was very good. Would recommend.

Just okay. Made a last minute reservation for lunch based on OT ratings. Truffle fries were hot, but so soggy and greasy, salad ingredients were changed and only noted when brought to the table. Eggs Benedict was okay. Service was pokey -- I would have ordered another drink, but never saw our server again. Room was only 1/4 full with several servers. Not sure what the problem was.

Our waiter picked up quickly that we were a birthday party and gave us special attention. He was especially helpful in selecting a wine that turned out to be very good. Food was wonderful.

First time at the new Williams Inn Barn Kitchen. Nice attractive casual space. We had the mussels special and falafel bowl-welcome change from local fare. Best of all was our terrific server David whose friendly efficient service and personality made a nice time out special. We appreciated the time he spent chatting with us and getting everything to our table before we even asked. Hate to say that top notch service is not that common locally but it’s true. Fortunately not at the Barn. We’ll be back with the gang.

The food for weekend brunch was very average and just okay. Overall kind of disappointing, especially since the prices do not reflect the quality. We were here for my father’s 70th birthday and it did not feel special. The hotel and restaurant are very pretty and the area is lovely to visit.

Had the BBQ burger. It was the best burger I've had in years. It was actually medium rare as ordered. Wife had the guro which wasn't that good. Excellent ambience and David the waiter was very attentive. If I had to offer a constructive comment, please have the draft menu on the table not relying on the waiter to recite.

multiple groups had issues had dinner. one table had issues with their bill and was told to call a number because they couldn’t help. The table next to us got the wrong drink and had their order messed up. Our food was mediocre. I ordered a steak medium and it came out rarer than rare and was cold in the middle. Our waitress only came to our table to take our order give us the food and then give us the bill. at the point where I cut into the middle of my steak and saw it was barely cooked I was already done with the meal. My girlfriend and I had gone to dinner here because we are in college and couldn’t make it home for easter. We wanted a fancier dinner so we decided to go here and it couldn’t have turned out worse. it was $100 down the drain and a bad ending to what was supposed to be a nice easter. This experience has put a bad taste in my mouth and I would never recommend this to anyone and would try to tell them off about coming here if they had it in their mind.

An unusual menu of burgers and main plates but missing a single dish featuring chicken. Strip steak (grain-fed) was tender but somewhat flavorless. Falafel was good but over-peppered and quite spicy. Salads were fresh and crisp. Overall, a nice place to eat at a decent price, but nothing outstanding in any way. Avoid ordering a single-malt as the price per glass is almost 50% the price of a full bottle at the store. Not sure how they set their drink prices...

We had never been there before internet menu and hours needs to be updated, and there was no sign difficult to find the place. The building though called the barn does not "look like a barn' from the outside. Salad with cinnamon pears fresh very good but the bowl it was served in was deceiving much smaller than it looked and if not careful it'd tip over. The "turkey sandwich" though a triple decker had little turkey in it but three slices of bread french fries weren't cooked in new oil. We are from the "old" days where waitresses are efficient and listen the first time. we told our waitress to please remove our glasses because their bottles of free water had chlorine in it but she asked us again if we wanted water. In the old days they just waited to serve you when you requested now they keep bothering you to try to "over please" when actually it is annoying. Music was nice not loud and only one small tv (hooray)! Coffee tasted "muddy","old", "strong", just the worst.

Very clean, inviting atmosphere, but the ambience is a bit 'confusing'. Tables set up and lighting is pub style, but menu and pricing is more fine dining. Service was outstanding. Menu a bit limited and slightly pricey.

I was told when you make a reservation they automatically seat you in the bar area. Don’t like that idea. We asked to be seated in the dining room and we asked to wait to see if a table was available. If I wanted to sit in a bar I would request that. Don’t assume where I want to sit. All else was wonderful.
