Our reservation for 4 people was scheduled for 7:30 pm. We were led to our table by a very quiet host at the stand. We stared at our menus for about 20 minutes before the server came over to take our drink orders. It was another 20 minutes before he came back to take our food orders. Our server kept trying to hit us with some lame Dad jokes, but we were all so hungry by this point we had lost our senses of humor. We didn't get our food until around 9 pm, an hour and a half after the start of our reservation. We have eaten here previously without a long wait, so I know this service was not typical. It did change our opinion of the restaurant, however. Once we got our food, we were mostly satisfied. A couple of us had ordered the burger slider special, which were a bit dry. Otherwise, our food was good - just maybe not worth the long wait.

We went as a group of nine and all were very happy with the food and atmosphere. It’s a cool space with plenty of parking. I recommend the following which were delicious- chicken sliders, pretzel sticks, brisket burger and burgers. The smoked salmon was good and light but would only order if you wanted a lighter meal.

By far the best service I have ever had an any restaurant in western New York. The menu is so extensive yet simple because it keeps to a common cuisine. I absolutely wish I have room in my stomach to try everything at once but that just gives me the reason to go back again, and again!

Food was outstanding!! The ambience is great clean open industrial sheik. The service was friendly however we had to go up to the bar for another round of drinks as our server didn’t check in on us. That will not stop us from going back everyone has a bad day!!

The food was good. Each of us ordered something different. My sister ordered the Salmon, my mom ordered the brisket and I ordered the chicken cordon blu. The vegetables were well seasoned & roasted. The dessert was just enough, the cinnamon apple egg roll with ice cream. We are all pleased with our food.

My daughter recommended this place for my wife's birthday. She's a vegetarian, so there were several options for her. The food was excellent. Ambience as well..Great history on the building..our server was good, but could have spent a little more time at our table seeing as he was busy.. Plenty of off street parking.. We will definitely return.

We liked the place,service was great ,but food was late, we had a party of four 2 of us got our food but the two waited for their food ,by the time they got their food ours were cold, and our friend ordered the vodka sauce pasta and he got something else a pasta with a red sauce not the vodka sauce. Hope it was an off night .

The building has a lot of character with the restaurant, bar, distillery, and upstairs banquet facility well decorated, utilizing many original materials from this historic building. Service was slower than usual due to 2 staff out with illness , a wedding upstairs and it was restaurant week. The wait staff was friendly and the owner was was gracious while pitching in with the serving. The food was very good, with a nice selection. The drinks were well made using their in house made spirits. Would recommend highly.

We went for Restaurant Week and got a great value and delicious, hearty food. The pork chop was huge and delicious. Took half of it home! They were out of the pots au creme which was my first dessert choice but the fried apple pie was a delicious surprise. My husband loved his Barrel 75 cocktail. Very good service. It is a bit loud given the bare walls but not unmaneagable. A very good experience.

Gorgeous space for dining. Low light with lots of wood and brick. Beautiful bar area. Friendly bartenders with excellent service and recommendations. All staff was welcoming and friendly. Managers checked on tables. Food was good. Mushroom tart would be better as an app, rather than an entree. Apple Roll dessert was just okay. Pork chop was very good. Absolutely recommend and will go back to try other entrees. Plenty of parking. Great spot!!

The service and staff attention was beyond compare, simply outstanding! Our table was ready when we arrived, but due to medical issues we had to request a different type of chair, and a whole new table was graciously prepared for us in minutes. The person who helped/waited on us was the restaurant manager, who doted on us. This was a birthday celebration and she made certain the birthday girl had a special treat, courtesy dessert! Their signature beer cheese bacon burger had a luscious bacon jam on it, sooo good I (kind of) joked I’d like a jar of it. Well, talk about a great birthday gift, our service person/restaurant manager spoke to the sous chef, who agreed to make & sell us a jar of bacon jam to go! The establishment owner visited us as well, and was so authentically friendly to us and to his staff. The bar manager himself delivered our drinks! So impressive to see the team work so well together , and the food was delish! Thank you!

It was restaurant week, and the restaurant was very busy, and they were short-staffed, so service was a bit slow. However, the excellent cocktails and food helped make up for it, and they comped the beer we had with our meal to compensate for the slower-than-normal service. Unnecessary, but a nice touch. It was our first time there, but we'll definitely be back. In fact, I plan to suggest it to a friend for consideration for a 200-person event he's planning in December.

4 of us went for dinner during restaurant week. Our waitress was either very new or so overwhelmed. I ordered the pork chop dinner but was never given the choice of potatoes or rice as stated. When it arrived the pork chop was over cooked and the mashed potatoes so so salty couldn’t even eat them. It took 1/2 hr for the waitress to come back and check on our dinner. When she did arrive we immediately asked for our dessert that came with the dinner special. Another 1/2 hr later I had to find her to please get the desserts to go and for our check. Another 20 minutes later she arrived with only 1 dessert and a bill that was $100 over on what we ordered. Oops wrong bill. It took her several attempts to finally find our correct bill and bring the other desserts Complete disaster

Celebrated a 70th birthday and enjoyed our time with you. One criticism, my salmon dinner was supposed to come with soup or salad, was never offered. Also told the potato dujour but again not offered when I ordered and I automatically got rice🤔.

Food was very good. Had the cauliflower bites as an appetizer. Appreciate the variety and vegetarian offerings. A little unusual to only get one side with a main dish. Would have liked a small side salad or soup to go along with the salmon. Will definitely go back!

The warm hostess greeting started the experience We were given a choice of tables either upstairs on the 1 st level or on the main floor Waiter was informative and polite Food was excellent Hot hot hot plates Fish fry was good with interesting cous cous instead of the usual macaroni salad quite tge treat Prices are good They also serve NYS wines and beers to support local businesses

The Food was delicious. Our server was Awesome. We were a group of 7 with a 5 yr old. Our server was wonderful to her. I highly recommend this Venue. 5 Stars

Felt extremely rushed when ordering. Menu stated entrees included rolls etc.. never received or was given choices. Our appetizer was brought out 10 minutes after our entrees. We ordered after dinner drinks and were basically told to take care of our bill. Food was tasty but , portions were small and came out room temperature . Super saddened by this as they have vegan options.
