    Food and service were excellent! The wild game burger was delicious. A little noisy. I would recommend a railing around raised dining area so no one falls off and railing at the stairs. Liquor and beer pricing very good.

    Haven’t had a tasty fish fry like that in quite awhile. Definitely going back to try other items. We saw someone order nachos at the bar and they looked delicious

    The staff was friendly and timely. The nachos were good. The fries were hand cut but not hot and didn’t have flavor. The chicken was crispy but not a ton of flavor. The other chicken Sammy was dry and could have used more flavor. The was medium to high. It’s worth a trying it out but not sure we would go again. We liked the staff and ambiance.

    Burning Buffalo serves mostly bar food but what we got was delicious! Two of us were gluten free and they were easily accommodated. One had the club sandwich as described on the menu. The other had the steak burger. I had the club sandwich “stripped” without the sauces/dressings. So good. All three came with fries. The service was wonderful. Our waitress was perfect…friendly and not too intrusive. We will return.

    Our waitress wasn't very good. Our Reservation was for 615. Our Waitress only took one drink order from us then we placed our order. She never came back to ask how we where doing. Didn't even ask if we wanted more drinks. I was so displeased with the service especially when I was celebrating my 49th birthday. So sad.I will not be coming back to your restaurant

    The Burning Buffalo Bar & Grill was a Great Experience. Very Clean inside. We were Greeted at door - seated right away - Hosted came right over - took our order - checked to see if everything was satisfactory to our liking. Checked to see if we wanted desert - brought the bill within right amount of time. Server always had a Smile on her Face and was very friendly.

    Loved this place! We felt like we got a true taste of Buffalo! Our server was awesome, and the food was superb! Great variety and value for a true Buffalo experience, this is a must-go!

    There was only one bartender and one waiter. Even though both were working extremely hard, they needed more help. This of course effected our service and quality of food. I will come back and hopefully they will have more help!

    My cousins were in town from Boston and love trying a new place every time the visit so I knew I had to bring them to my favorite neighborhood spot!! As always the experience was delightful and my cousins were still talking about how good the food was the next day!!

    Food was fair. The prices were ridiculous. $130 for a crab cake, fish fry, club sandwich and 4 drinks. If it blew me away that would be one thing but the prices are out of line with the quality of the food.

    I had the fish fry which was cooked quite well. They serve their fish on Fridays and Saturdays. It was a large piece and very flaky and moist. I only left a small piece. My husband ordered the steak burger, he tried not to eat it all but he said it was so good that he couldn't help himself.

    I enjoy the laid back atmosphere. Breakfast was not skimpy; ample portion. Only issue I have is the “bar” or “stale smoke” smell of the restaurant. Been same for years. Thought by now it would not smell. This doesn’t mean I won’t go there; just wish it didn’t smell.

    Host & server pretty good, but very loud, tiny tables, and our food took over an hour to come out to us and all those around us. Communication to us about kitchen delays would have been appreciated.

    Service and food were outstanding. Kitchen was backed up and our server let us know that it would be a bit of a wait for food to arrive. It was worth the wait. Sandwiches, fingers and salads were all excellent.

    Great beer selection. Waitress was nice. Our table was in a bad spot my wife had a straight view into kitchen and walkway, it was not a nice view at all, so that was a disappointment. This is the only table that has that terrible view btw. The bar area is nice and I would have rather sat in that area. I ordered the steak burger medium and asked for crispy fries. Burger was very well done, fries were mushy. The mushrooms and carmalized onions made it edible. I was disappointed, it could have been great if it was done right, I’m sure. my wife got the Hertel Avenue chicken sandwich and the bun was hard as a rock, so that ruined it! So I think maybe our food got stuck under the heat lamp, and it ruined the dinners maybe?🤷🏻We won’t go again, at least for the food.
