   Very frustrating dealing with flies while I am eating my meal. Found a baby fly in my meal. Long time to receive my order. I found the seats uncomfortable. Waitress disappeared for a awhile Manager took over for a while.

   The food was terrible. It took over an hour to get the food and then the toast was cold hard as a rock long with the waffles eggs a very like just a little bit warm it was just horrible. I realize that they were busy and then there were no knives on the table, like just horrible service I don’t like to complain but I’ve never seen anything this bad in a restaurant and it was just not I it was my entire table. I would appreciate a complementary gift card as the meal was not enjoyable, we did speak with the manager they still build us the full amount , she stated we’re just very busy today but it’s not really acceptable to serve cold food

   Terrible service. Teri le communication and organization for the Mother’s Day promo. We waited over an hour for food that was cold and Rock hard, we were charged for our “free” Mother’s Day meal, and had to ask 2 staff for a seat for our toddler. The staff was rude. Additionally the restaurant stopped serving ranch with the children’s veggie tray which was honestly the last straw. This used to be one of my favourite places to go, I had been excited for Mother’s Day because last years event was amazing, I told my friends about the event and ow I genuinely wish I hadn’t so that no one else need sit through what we did on Sunday. We were excited to go and get yummy food and spend time taking in the sun out on the patio, but found out day of booking that the patio does not open until after 12:30. We would have booked later and had a better experience no doubt if we had known this. The food was not only cold and rock hard, but it was portioned out incredibly small and the flavour factor was nonexistent. I hope you do better next year so that the moms who deserve to be celebrated on this day do not have to come and be disappointed by what your establishment has to offer. Widen the menu, create marketing that goes out further (no one I knew, knew about the promo), let customers know before booking when the patio opens.

   First, Open Table is awful and booked us in before the place opened but Steve at Brewhouse fixed when I called and asked. Good menu but we all got barely warm food and missed items that we had to ask for. It was not busy so that can't be the reason.

   Abby B was an exceptional server both attentive and personable. The food is always good and consistent. Great atmosphere gor every occasion. A fun place to catch a game.

   Over the last 2 years the Abbotsford location has really gone downhill. The service is atrocious! We walked in to our reservation, waited 15 min while 4 servers walked by us, the tables that were not occupied were either covered in glasses and dishes and the ones that weren't were sticky and had streaks left from the dirty rag they used to wipe them down.

    Was very disappointed with the Service and the Food and Drink. I was very disappointed with the Rib Eye Steak we had there was more fat then meat on it. The rest of the meal was okay. The appetizer came the same time as the meal. The Sangria I had didn't have any fruit it only a lemon wedge and an orange wedge. It was very loud. The dessert tasted like sticks of grease.

    Very friendly staff, our waitress was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations one of which we ended up going with. The food was really good I was surprised at how well our pizza turned out. Me and my friends chose brewhouse to watch the canucks game and the atmosphere inside was perfect for just that if u want a quieter experience I wouldn’t come when the canucks or oilers are Playing lots of clapping lol. Overall I’d say our experience here was good the only downside was that the leather on our bench was peeling and our table was still a bit dirty after they wiped it down just didn’t look like a place we wanted to sit but other than that everything else was great. 4/5

    We had a reservation for a Birthday Dinner, but when we arrived there was no tables available and we did not have a spot to sit. Finally we were seated in a closed section. This should not have happened as we took steps well in advance to make this meal special. Luckily the Waitress was able to fit us in and the dinner was not a full failure.

    Tried the surf and turf special, very bad! Steak was a very poor cut and not cooked as requested. Never got the garlic toast until we were leaving. Waitress was nice and very knowledgeable so good on her. They better stick to serving drinks! DO NOT GO TO EAT.

    Went for a NFL playoff game. Service and food were good. Bathroom facilities were lacking supplies and weren’t replaced even though staff was informed multiple times. Overall a good experience.

    We ordered the chicken strips and fries. I am never one to complain and am an easygoing and grateful diner, but the food was literally disgusting. My husband and I had the same meal, and both of us were PARCHED thirsty on the way home. I'm not sure what the food was loaded with, probably salts and msg, the chicken strips were harder than cardboard and breaded so thick with dry dry chicken inside. I didn't complain at the time, because there was nothing else on the menu that looked appealing to us. Having been there before, I though it would be good coming the second time. Disappointed, plus it was our anniversary date, so, all in all, not pleased with the food. Service was good, and we did get a nice chocolate dessert, so that was nice and appreciated for sure. But all in all, I won't recommend, nor will we be back sadly.

    Restaurant was great! Open Table is a ZERO Star rating - they never put in our reservation with the restaurant at all!! We got there and nothing was reserved in our name but luckily they had a few tables open. Had a nice meal, got home, then 5 hours later at 10 pm, I get notified that I checked in for my 5 pm Table!! WTF? Really bad App as Open Table does not do your reservation then somehow says you checked in later. How would they know since the restaurant did not have us booked?

    The table I reserved was not available but they were able to accommodate our group with an alternative that worked okay. We were told when we got there that food was taking 40 minutes so we ordered right away but it took well over an hour. We were late for our concert. Food was alright.

    We were told the food would take at least 40 minutes. It took a total of 1 hour and 5 minutes. We had a place to be and unfortunately we're really late for that. Also when we first got there they made us look around for our table reservation. There wasn't a table with my name so we had to go back up front for help. Very disappointing.

    The staff were really great and friendly and accommodating. The prime rib special got sent to another table. So it came back to us, or maybe another prime rib came to us but it was cold. My husband was going to say something but… we completely understand that low staffing might have been an issue. The people who took care of us were truly amazing though. We were given one round of complimentary shots bc of the late prime rib. We will be going back. 😊

    I made an online reservation for 7 people. Arrived with my group and there was no space. The host looked around for a minute and said sorry we should not have taken the reservation and we were turned away .. very disappointing. I had two out of province guests with me as well.

    Great food! Had made a reservation for 5 but when we walked in, we were told to sit anywhere. There was no reserved table at all.     Love going to the Brewhouse for date night. The food and service has always been good. This time unfortunately the food was super disappointing. The service wasn't great but our waitress did her absolute best to fix our experience even tho it was her first shift there. With that being said maybe a bit more training could be provided to the staff on what should be brought to the table, ex: cutlery, salt and pepper etc. Hoping the quality of the food improves soon. Usually I was say absolutely recommends, this time not so much

    I made a reservation for that evening online and got my confirmation emailed. When I showed up they didn’t have a table for me and said they had no idea I had made a reservation. That if I made a reservation online they either don’t get them or only check the reservations made the previous day. They just said sorry and I had to go elsewhere.     Good was meh. Had a burger on a lettuce bun that sat under the heater long enough to cook the lettuce. And the burger was right out of a box. Cesare salad was soaked with dressing. And very small amount of chicken in the quesadilla. Service was great! Fast and friendly.
