The lobster was excellent. Good salad garlic bread good. Mac and cheese not so good too dry. But we were there for the lobster and it was so so good. The restaurant was very organized. Service excellent and hardly any wait time between drink Orders and dinner service. Very good and good value.

The Worst mac and cheese ever! Dried out , awful Salads came at the end of the meal, lobster was pretty good They wanted to give us fries in place of the Mac, we declined. We had drinks and ordered coffee and desserts which when the bill came were compt to us so made it all good! Would do it again. Manager was attentive to our feed back!

They treated us well. Service could have been a touch faster. But, Like most places, finding prices to be a little high. Oh, and the beer selection is really poor. No craft or local beer.

The white wine sangria was very citrusy - tasted like a screwdriver. When we mentioned that we didn’t really like it (we’d each poured one drink from the pitcher), the server didn’t offer to replace/fix etc. And when my girlfriend said that her kale in the power bowl was bitter (not like regular kale, which she eats often), the server again didn’t offer any condolences. My Cesar salad was good but had way too much black pepper.

Showed up and no one greeted us even though it said please wait to be seated. Only three tables inside filled. Bartender looked at us and turned away and finally said anywhere is good. So we sit down. Took 5 min before anyone dropped menus off. Server walked away and no one came back for 10 min. We decided to leave and spend our money at Browns Social House. Wouldn’t come back here and it’s sad because we have been here many times. Improve your service and maybe people would dine in your restauant

On a sunny day, we want to have a work break from a dark office on a nice patio! We don't want to go to a dark restaurant. We reserved online and put a request for a patio, but this is the 2nd time we've gone and the patio is not open for lunch. You have literally the best patio in Abbotsford. It feels like a management oversight if you're not advertising and generating revenue from this. Note also that Abbotsford is spelled wrong on your website :)

Unfortunately, we were sitting next to an extremely loud table, and nothing was done about the noise level. They should’ve been cut off from there alcohol service long before we arrived and they left drunk. Hopefully they weren’t driving. But on the positive side, I won the 50-50 draw and we went on the 40 ounce steak night and the service and the food was superb. Highly recommend this place.

Our waitress was potentially given too many tables, and her coworkers seemed to not care or help her. She kept having to apologize to every table around us, and our own, because she wasn't getting anything on time or promptly. Husband ordered a beer long before our meal, and it came after we asked for the bill to pay... It was like she realized and got it to the table ASAP, so we wouldn't not pay for it. We usually have a great time at Brewhouse, and this was the first time we were disappointed.

This is my second time in the past month going here. Let's start by saying the service by Abby was amazing. Polite and friendly along with engaging with the customers. My main concern is fact there are fruit flies and flys around the bar area. This tells me the bar is not being cleaned properly. They were aware of this last time I brought it up. I saw no change regarding the flies . It really sucks when you have to fight off flies while eating your food.

The food was not good at all. The wings were small and very dry and the pizza had very little toppings on it for something that cost $30 it was very disappointing. The service was good, that was the only saving grace.

Was there at lunch time on a Friday afternoon. We were expecting it to be busy so I made a reservation. In actuality the restaurant was almost empty with maybe 5 other tables occupied. Certainly there was not the ambiance one would expect from a brew pub. The food was not overpriced comparatively, but weighing the price against the quality it comes off as too pricey for what we got. I ordered the fish and chips which had soggy batter and a completely unidentifiable fish. Dining companions had a chicken parm sandwich which had too much bread and was dry and the other had a salad which she said was “fine”. On the plus side service was fine but shouldn’t it be when we seemed to be the servers only table?

Very frustrating dealing with flies while I am eating my meal. Found a baby fly in my meal. Long time to receive my order. I found the seats uncomfortable. Waitress disappeared for a awhile Manager took over for a while.

The food was terrible. It took over an hour to get the food and then the toast was cold hard as a rock long with the waffles eggs a very like just a little bit warm it was just horrible. I realize that they were busy and then there were no knives on the table, like just horrible service I don’t like to complain but I’ve never seen anything this bad in a restaurant and it was just not I it was my entire table. I would appreciate a complementary gift card as the meal was not enjoyable, we did speak with the manager they still build us the full amount , she stated we’re just very busy today but it’s not really acceptable to serve cold food

Terrible service. Teri le communication and organization for the Mother’s Day promo. We waited over an hour for food that was cold and Rock hard, we were charged for our “free” Mother’s Day meal, and had to ask 2 staff for a seat for our toddler. The staff was rude. Additionally the restaurant stopped serving ranch with the children’s veggie tray which was honestly the last straw. This used to be one of my favourite places to go, I had been excited for Mother’s Day because last years event was amazing, I told my friends about the event and ow I genuinely wish I hadn’t so that no one else need sit through what we did on Sunday. We were excited to go and get yummy food and spend time taking in the sun out on the patio, but found out day of booking that the patio does not open until after 12:30. We would have booked later and had a better experience no doubt if we had known this. The food was not only cold and rock hard, but it was portioned out incredibly small and the flavour factor was nonexistent. I hope you do better next year so that the moms who deserve to be celebrated on this day do not have to come and be disappointed by what your establishment has to offer. Widen the menu, create marketing that goes out further (no one I knew, knew about the promo), let customers know before booking when the patio opens.

First, Open Table is awful and booked us in before the place opened but Steve at Brewhouse fixed when I called and asked. Good menu but we all got barely warm food and missed items that we had to ask for. It was not busy so that can't be the reason.

Over the last 2 years the Abbotsford location has really gone downhill. The service is atrocious! We walked in to our reservation, waited 15 min while 4 servers walked by us, the tables that were not occupied were either covered in glasses and dishes and the ones that weren't were sticky and had streaks left from the dirty rag they used to wipe them down.

Was very disappointed with the Service and the Food and Drink. I was very disappointed with the Rib Eye Steak we had there was more fat then meat on it. The rest of the meal was okay. The appetizer came the same time as the meal. The Sangria I had didn't have any fruit it only a lemon wedge and an orange wedge. It was very loud. The dessert tasted like sticks of grease.

Very friendly staff, our waitress was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations one of which we ended up going with. The food was really good I was surprised at how well our pizza turned out. Me and my friends chose brewhouse to watch the canucks game and the atmosphere inside was perfect for just that if u want a quieter experience I wouldn’t come when the canucks or oilers are Playing lots of clapping lol. Overall I’d say our experience here was good the only downside was that the leather on our bench was peeling and our table was still a bit dirty after they wiped it down just didn’t look like a place we wanted to sit but other than that everything else was great. 4/5

We had a reservation for a Birthday Dinner, but when we arrived there was no tables available and we did not have a spot to sit. Finally we were seated in a closed section. This should not have happened as we took steps well in advance to make this meal special. Luckily the Waitress was able to fit us in and the dinner was not a full failure.

Tried the surf and turf special, very bad! Steak was a very poor cut and not cooked as requested. Never got the garlic toast until we were leaving. Waitress was nice and very knowledgeable so good on her. They better stick to serving drinks! DO NOT GO TO EAT.

Went for a NFL playoff game. Service and food were good. Bathroom facilities were lacking supplies and weren’t replaced even though staff was informed multiple times. Overall a good experience.

We ordered the chicken strips and fries. I am never one to complain and am an easygoing and grateful diner, but the food was literally disgusting. My husband and I had the same meal, and both of us were PARCHED thirsty on the way home. I'm not sure what the food was loaded with, probably salts and msg, the chicken strips were harder than cardboard and breaded so thick with dry dry chicken inside. I didn't complain at the time, because there was nothing else on the menu that looked appealing to us. Having been there before, I though it would be good coming the second time. Disappointed, plus it was our anniversary date, so, all in all, not pleased with the food. Service was good, and we did get a nice chocolate dessert, so that was nice and appreciated for sure. But all in all, I won't recommend, nor will we be back sadly.
