Generally we've had great experiences here but last night the service was pretty bad. The server only came around two or three times and we were there for 3.5 hours. My buddy had to flag her down just to get water. When we arrived she asked if we were going to eat, and we said yes, but it probably took an hour before she took our order and when the food arrived there was no brisket on the nachos. When we told her she argued and said that it was all on top.

Wexwent for date night and the waitress was amazing remember what we order from drinks and food. Very prompt with coming to table to check on things or if we need anything. The manager is very friendly welcoming us back and checking in. Our take out after dinner was properly checked for accuracy and always being told about specials and changes.

Waitress was awesome. Food ok. Wings a little small but for $4 a lb ok. Sweet potato fries not the greatest; limp and a little soggy. Onion rings top notch 😊 Would go again

We were looking forward all week to prime rib ,to find out at 5pm they were sold out.i could understand if it was later but 5.i would have just left but we were with another couple. Our waitress was good .

The wing flavour was blackened. Very tasty. Also the cauliflower bites were amazing too with the Buffalo sauce. I would go again. However making a reservation was pointless as they had no way to confirm it or check us in. Weird.

Felt like more staff was needed on such a busy night. Our waitress seemed too busy to remember the things we asked for. Wasn’t her fault just over worked This was our second time doing the steak night and it seemed this one was a lot busier. Food was excellent as always. Drinks we awesome. Maybe have more space between reservations so that staff isn’t overwhelmed and happier to do their jobs. We recommend your establishment to everyone we know would hate to see people not come back because of staff issues.

This is always a great event! Good pricing for what you get. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure the steaks are seasoned well. It is a big piece of meat so it needs a little extra. Other than that I highly recommend it!

This is our second time a CBH and we are "Two for Two"!! Servers are friendly, Beer is cold, Caesar Salad is delicious and our Entrées are always superb!! 10 out or 10!!

Services was very slow. It was hard to order more drinks, because the server wasn’t hardly around. Also we had a full table of dishes and I had to ask for them to be cleared. Food was cold when it arrived and the restaurant was half empty.

Great server but the wings were cold and dry. Steak sandwich was good, but over cooked from medium rare to a well done, and the loaded up nachos were just ok considering the cost of them. Beer was cold and fresh though.

We have been talking about going to The Canadian Brewhouse to enjoy your Rooftop Patio, so when I saw the LobsterFest Dinner it was time to go. We were seated right away and had our drinks within minutes. Our server, Sarah H, was very attentive, quick and an all around pleasure. Because we were there for a specific meal, we were seated in a booth in the bar area which was a great spot to see everyone have a great time! When we were finished our delicious meal, Sarah was able to get us upstairs for our coffee and dessert. We had an EXCELLENT first time and will certainly be back again and again!

The Caesar salad was fantastic & the dinner as well. The drink service from the bar side was slow therefore holding up the server to properly deliver our drinks with our meals. Our server was great tho & she did apologize & comped our glass of wine. Apparently the bar tender was new so some consideration given. Over all we enjoyed our meal & the atmosphere.

Paulina our server was amazing, attentive, and personable. I ordered the burger sliders and they were not the best. I believe they were frozen and I prefer fresh homemade burgers. I will definitely be back and try other food options.

This was the fourth time being there and they still don’t have decaf coffee and the brisket Shepard’s pie is ‘out’. Service is exceptionally slow as has been each other time. The rooftop patio is the reason we go and will continue to go.

We went with 4 friends for lunch..we all like IPA beer and we’re very surprised that they didn’t have a single one available. Perogies were very good as well as the soup and my husband enjoyed his brisket sandwich. Noise level and acoustics were terrible.

We ordered 4 40 oz steak 2 medium well and 2 well done when the 4 came to the table 3 had to go back as the well done were still red and the medium well was way undercooked after a 30 min wait it cam back Excellent I know they were Very Busy so not sure how to tell you to improve in this area thisnis the second year in a row I've been to 40oz steak night and planning again next year. Jada was our server, she was very energetic and cheerful. We had the 40 oz rib steak, it was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. We took the time to read their weekly specials and pricing, we declared we will definitely be returning for wing night, pasta night, and steak n shrimp night. Tankards of beer is on sale during the week, even premium brands. The booth was clean and comfortable. You can tell a lot of money was spent on finishes and on all the sports memorabilia that decorates the entire place. Bravo. Well done.
