    We have been talking about going to The Canadian Brewhouse to enjoy your Rooftop Patio, so when I saw the LobsterFest Dinner it was time to go. We were seated right away and had our drinks within minutes. Our server, Sarah H, was very attentive, quick and an all around pleasure. Because we were there for a specific meal, we were seated in a booth in the bar area which was a great spot to see everyone have a great time! When we were finished our delicious meal, Sarah was able to get us upstairs for our coffee and dessert. We had an EXCELLENT first time and will certainly be back again and again!

    The Caesar salad was fantastic & the dinner as well. The drink service from the bar side was slow therefore holding up the server to properly deliver our drinks with our meals. Our server was great tho & she did apologize & comped our glass of wine. Apparently the bar tender was new so some consideration given. Over all we enjoyed our meal & the atmosphere.

    Paulina our server was amazing, attentive, and personable. I ordered the burger sliders and they were not the best. I believe they were frozen and I prefer fresh homemade burgers. I will definitely be back and try other food options.

    This was the fourth time being there and they still don’t have decaf coffee and the brisket Shepard’s pie is ‘out’. Service is exceptionally slow as has been each other time. The rooftop patio is the reason we go and will continue to go.

    Perfect for us. Went in between wedding dress appointments. Loved the roof top atmosphere. Ate appetizers, jug of sangria.

    Restaurant wasn't busy but service was brutally slow. Took 30 min to get poutine and an order of nachos. Not sure if it was so bad because of the holiday but still unacceptable.

    We went with 4 friends for lunch..we all like IPA beer and we’re very surprised that they didn’t have a single one available. Perogies were very good as well as the soup and my husband enjoyed his brisket sandwich. Noise level and acoustics were terrible.

    We ordered 4 40 oz steak 2 medium well and 2 well done when the 4 came to the table 3 had to go back as the well done were still red and the medium well was way undercooked after a 30 min wait it cam back Excellent I know they were Very Busy so not sure how to tell you to improve in this area thisnis the second year in a row I've been to 40oz steak night and planning again next year.     Jada was our server, she was very energetic and cheerful. We had the 40 oz rib steak, it was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. We took the time to read their weekly specials and pricing, we declared we will definitely be returning for wing night, pasta night, and steak n shrimp night. Tankards of beer is on sale during the week, even premium brands. The booth was clean and comfortable. You can tell a lot of money was spent on finishes and on all the sports memorabilia that decorates the entire place. Bravo. Well done.

    Patio was great. Food was a little slow to come out but service was okay. Water glasses were not refilled until asked and dishes from appetizer was still on table by main course, which was a good 45 min in between. We will still be back as it was not the norm here.

    We were so impressed with the patio experience! Typically, we do not choose patio dining but our 15 year old grandsons chose to go here for their birthday lunch and; we’re so glad we did as it’s a 6/5 experience.

    The server was absolutely brutal!!! She couldn’t remember anything we ordered. It can happen once, but the entire time?? And she would take our drink order then completely forget or only give 1 person theirs and forget the other. Our apps took awhile and was first given to another table. She also didn’t even bother to give us small plates, napkins, cutlery- we had to ask… Overall, she was awful.

    We enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. The noise level was pretty loud, but the music was even louder, which of course, leads to an even louder conversation level. We ask them if they could turn it down a bit, which they did. I sometimes wonder if customers ever complain about the music being too low.

    The patio is outstanding! Service was good, the kitchen was out of one of the menu items, and we order a gluten free meal and was presented with a gluten free main however the fries were not. When we asked for a gluten free fry it took the kitchen 15 minutes to come and tell us that they couldn’t accommodate that request. Brutal!

    The food and drink has always pretty good but the service has been poor on occasion. You don't get the feeling that they are happy that you have chose their restaurant to visit and spend your money. I also think it is a little pricey.
