Took way too long for our food to arrive. Some people at our table were still waiting for their orders while others had finished that they ordered. We were a larger group but the restaurant was almost empty

This one used to be pretty good. The last half dozen times it has not been great. But this last time was absolutely the worst. We ordered the special - 3 of them. They definitely don't know how to cook a steak. It was either overdone or underdone but either way it was burnt on both sides on all. Like they tried to hurry it up. The potatoes and gravy were colder than Luke warm. Extremely disappointed and will not go back to the Mahogany Brewsters. The waitress was super nice and helpful in cleaning and getting a table on the balcony for us.

Went to watch NHL playoff game - Oilers vs. Kings. Even though we were in Calgary, great ambience and was received in Oilers jerseys well. Game was on and sound! Nachos are HUGE and yummy! Thanks for the great night.

Had 2 kids and unfortunately we did spill a drink and no one bothered to clean up the mess on the floor for the hour we were there. 10+ people walked through it including at least 4 employees. "Not my job I'm sure". Waitresses was mediocre at best

We had a gift certificate from our hockey league to go to the brew house. It said that each person would get to order a pasta dish. When we got there (sunday April 2), we were told that there was no chef available to cook the pasta dishes. Instead we were given pizza which was ok.

Food and service was good. Not a big fan of the “mandatory” 18% gratuity. If I had known before hand probably would not have booked the reservation. At least we were told before the service but had already prepaid for our meal. Anyway we decided to pay the gratuity but order less drinks and no appetizers.

Went for St. Patrick’s day and they had NO Guinness nor Kilkenny, like wt—F Then they cranked up the music so loud and actually playing songs with Niga* in it. They said it turns into a night club with a dance floor now. NO ONE was dancing on their make shift floor where tables still were. I would never do dinner there again if this is what it is now.

My salad came as a soup. Lettuce was.m not dried up prior being served. Waitress seem bother by me saying something about it. I go here almost on a weekly basis and this is the first time I’m being treated this way.

Waited for over an hour for our food to arrive. The steak sandwich I ordered was supposed to be cooked medium but it came back between medium rare and rare. They did take it off my bill though. Didn't ask for replacement because I didn't want to wait for a very long time again. Fries was overcooked. The restaurant was super busy. Probably will not go back unless I have to.

Overall very good experience at Canadian Brewhouse! Food was tasty and hot - good portion sizes!! Some beverages were not available - no ice tea, Diet Coke, tomato juice. Ceiling at Mahogany location had a water leak and was dripping near our table.

Service was poor. 40 minutes to get our first drink. Another 45 minutes to get our meal and when it arrived it was cold. No offer of a second drink. Had to stand in line at the bar to pay our tab along with several other patrons. We won't be back.

There was barely any chicken in the buffalo chicken wrap. It was 90% lettuce and onions. We had two of these at our table and they were both severely lacking. There was also no hostess to seat us so we sat ourselves which is fine but then we got an email from OpenTable saying we didn’t show. We have rectified that and we understand everyone is short staffed and costs have gone up but with no chicken in the wrap there was also no hot sauce so it was basically a flavourless lettuce sandwich. Disappointed in the food this time but the atmosphere and the drinks were still great.

We went for wing night and surprisingly it wasn’t that busy. It seemed like there were more employees running food then there were servers taking care of tables. I ordered a water when I was first seated and then 3 times after that before I actually received one, and at that point I was already halfway through my meal. The wings were OK, except for the Spicy Dill ones we received which were just hot wings with a pinch (I wish that was an exaggeration) of a dill seasoning on some of the wings.. and none on the rest. Someone at our table ordered the beef dip and after a bit had to send it back because there was something seriously wrong with the beef and it smelled and tasted horrendous ( like it had been expired for a couple days prior to it being cooked) Overall the experience was poor enough that we will never be returning to a Canadian Brewhouse

First we made a reservation for a time that the restaurant wasn’t even open. When we asked about this they were more concerned about the automatic tip amount due to group size than the fact out reservation was incorrect. We were seated at a table that was not acceptable for younger children especially seeing as there was tables that would have been more suitable available. The waitress was decent but very unsure of a larger party. Food was AWFUl, not cooked and even when it was sent back it came back under cooked hash Food came out very slowly, especially seeing as it wasn’t even cooked. Very disappointing seeing as my son was very much looking forward to this brunch for his birthday
