We went for a 18th birthday. Even with it noted in the reservation which we didn’t even need, no one acknowledged his birthday. Plus, we did the free appie download and still was charged $19 for the appie. The server took forever to get to us in the beginning. The others that helped were awesome and catered to our needs. Food was good. Just disappointed to plan a special occasion and not have any help with the celebration.

The food was delicious & reasonably priced. We had great service & the Margaritas were fab, even though the servers were run off their feet as it was UFC night! I had no idea about that or I would NEVER have booked there. The combination of a loud audience & the heat from having the AC kept to a minimum was a 1-2 buzzkill. There were 16 of us & we had to shout to be heard. It's my fault, I completely forgot that it's a sports destination restaurant. We should have chosen a quiet restaurant instead. I think the two most important things at a restaurant are the quality of the food & service. For those two items I give you full marks!

Service was extremely slow and was not asked how our meal was and did not check in on us. Everyone in the restaurant had to flag down servers to get drinks, or menus, and their bills.

We had a reservation for 10:45pm but after being told to seat ourselves, the tall blonde waitress did not come to our table to take our order for 20 minutes (maybe more). When she finally did arrive, it was to tell us the kitchen had closed over 10 minutes ago and we could not order any food. This was a terrible experience as we had ordered drinks with another server that we could not finish and still paid for because we had to rush elsewhere to find a place that was open. She was very uncaring about it and unprofessional as she had spent the last 10 minutes talking with the table behind us and wasting our time as she hadn’t even come to our table (in her section) once yet. We usually love coming here but will be going to other locations from now on.

The restaurant wasn't at capacity (Were empty tables) but the service felt like it. They didn't have forks or coasters for the table. We had to eat our meal with our hands! Our server said she'd look for some but never came back. Overall not what I've experienced in the past at other Brewhouse locations. I understand it was an Oilers game night, but they were not prepared for it.

The menu has all the sports bar favourites… and more! It’s been a while since I was last at this location and was more than a little surprised at the quality of the food and especially the service! I can’t say enough about Tasha’s commitment to making sure we enjoyed our time. Friendly, fun, knew the menu well … There are a lot of places to find decent food but it was the service that made for a truly outstanding afternoon. I might have to go back for the prime rib and shrimp Saturday special!

We made a reservation for a Birthday party. Awesome experience! We walked in and the manager took our cake straight to the fridge. At the end of the evening, he thanked us for coming and said we were a good, fun group! Our waitress was very attentive and the food was great. PLUS, the Oilers WON!! Overall, excellent job. We will be back.

Saltier Kactus Chips than BPs and less spicy. Cool change! Waitress was kind and place was clean and quiet. Stayed for like half an hour after the bill was paid and it wasn’t busy so all was good.

I didn’t realize it was fight night on pay per view. So that was my bad. Our server was so awesome and she did the best she could with how busy it was. However one of my birthday guests found wood/debris in her nachos and had to wait sooo long for a replacement. So disappointing.

Friday night. Somewhat busy. The service was good but we waited a little too long sometimes. The server would disappear altogether for long periods. I ordered the 8 oz prime rib special. It was really big but I had to send it back because I couldn't chew it. They replaced it quickly with delicious fish and chips. My three companions really enjoyed their taco salads and burger. Very noisy. I had trouble hearing our conversations. I'd recommend the patio if you want to chat.

Service took about 20 minutes to get our drinks every time we ordered and there were outstanding items at the end that no one had ordered. We get free items through essc sports discounts and because of inflation, the portions are ALOT smaller than they used to be. Will not be returning for awhile.

Overall I was very satisfied. Came for mother's day brunch. Food was good. Prices were reasonable. They weren't extremely busy but there seemed to be a bit of a wait on getting the kids pop's refilled. We had to ask twice. No big deal. The biggest thing I can mention is my daughter is in a wheelchair and they 100% accommodated us with one hours notice even though I forgot to mentioned that we needed wheelchair seating when I booked the reservation. The waitress was very friendly and all staff very polite. Would definitely go back.

Hi Ross & staff, Wilbur & I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves last night & what a memorable night it will be! Wilbur was very moved that u guys gave him an Oilers jersey. He had no idea anything was up. Lol. He enjoyed talking to ur staff about his “NHL arena tours.” We enjoyed our dinner. The onion rings were amazing. Thx again for everything! We flew back to Toronto this morning at 7.
