Went to lobster night. A bit overcooked and NFL game was a bit loud for those that don't care for NFL. Service was great. Lewis Estates won the mini fridge contest - but I didn't win. Was fun and good deal overall.

Our family had a wonderful weekend lunch on the puppy friendly outdoor patio. Fast and friendly service, comfortable seating just perfect for summer. Our puppies loved their pupachinos. All love for helping out Animal Rescue. Thank you!

We frequent the Brewhouse often and have always received very good service, however we cannot say that for last nights service. Our server seemed to have a real chip on her shoulder. She may have been having an off night, but everyone at our table was less than impressed with our server.

It was a good evening. New server Shellie was very good and attentive. Definitely a keeper. The chicken wings were great and the beer was good. The assistant general manager Sydney came over for a chat and we enjoyed her conversation. The Brewhouse always has a good atmosphere and the staff really make you feel at home. Well done!

It was a really cool and relaxing experience. The dining room was great for a sports fan! Lots of cool memorabilia and Easter eggs. Overall 9.5 out of 10. Our service and value for meal was a little bit meh. But overall great experience!

The food was good and served within a reasonable time. A very good beer special covering all brands. The server, Emily, was fantastic and caring. Her positive attitude makes her stand out. The Brewhouse has been good venue for the last few years. My only complaint is that they seem to be inflexible at times, like insisting playing music in football and hockey intermissions when we would rather listen to the commentators. Also the daily specials never change. Lastly, they don't make a big effort for special events such as the Grey Cup and Super Bowl. So I go to other pubs that do make the effort. All and all Brewhouse is still a good place to go. Staff are great, although the managers could spend a bit more time talking to the regulars.

Server took over an hour to come check on us and there wasn’t many tables in the restaurant, food was not made properly. Also didn’t ask if we were there for any specific reason.

The chicken wings tasted old and the nachos were missing the beef and the cheese wasn’t melted. They were playing music during the hockey game intermission and they didn’t turn it off once the game started back on for at least 5 minutes.

We booked our night to watch the Oilers play on the big screen. Unfortunately. the big screen kept on flickering and spoiled much of the fun. This on going problem for over 5 weeks with no fix. We talked to the manager and all he could offer is they are working on it. So we left at the end of second period and will not return until fixed.

Our server Randi-Lynn was exceptional. It was very very busy and she did extremely well. The quality of food was mediocre at best. We ordered nachos and most of the cheese was not melted. We had dry ribs which were over done.

Went to watch a playoff hockey. Considering how busy and packed it was when we went food was still served hot and delicious. Service was really slow but it was super busy, maybe more staff would make the service quicker.

Jordana was our server. Hope I spelt her name right. She was absolutely amazing! We were there for business and to watch the playoffs My only complaint would be why not store condiments up stairs as well? I like alot of ketchup with my fish and chips and the poor girl had to run from the roof top patio all the way to the kitchen downstairs just to get me a second side of ketchup Other then that we had a blast Todd Fraser #youjunkitidumpit

Sadly we booked a group table and we were in an area where we would not of fit. Lucky we were able to pull up some extra chairs and had less than expected people join. Service was slow. It shouldn't take 20 minutes for a glass of water. Food came out sporadically for our group. We do go to CBH often but have found the service level down the past month. Not sure if it's staffing or not. Also over half hour to get food. Great atmosphere the staff was friendly when there.

Our service was slow considering there was 2 of them and we waited a long time for our food, out of stock on an item that we ordered snd told 30 minutes later so waited longer and then got rushed out because we had kids with us. Kids weren’t given appy veg or dessert

The server, who was providing training to a new hire, was incredibly rude. Lectured our table on how to order a side of tots, because a side of tater tots is not a side of tots. According to here, If you ask for tater tots you get a $15 order of tater tots supreme, which according to the server is NOT tater tot’s supreme but just an order of tater tots. Side of tots and side of tater tots are $12 difference according to her. And since she’s been empowered to do the training, can only assume this type of service will only spread to others. We won’t be back. Too many other choices, with polite appreciative servers.

While the service was very good the medium round eye steak I ordered was well done and hard. The vegetable portion was far too small in comparison to the protein and starch. It was a good experience with exception to the disappointing meal.

Came to the CBH on a Sunday for brunch with friends and it was wonderful. Quiet enough that would could carry on a conversation with no problem, the waitresses were very good and conscious of our need to spend time chatting and catching up with friends. The selections for brunch were great. I had the Brewhouse Benny and it was delicious, perfect size at a reasonable price. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals. Will be back for sure!
