We made a reservation. When we arrived, the place was quite empty. We stood for a few minutes, waiting to be seated. We we in the view of multiple staff members, but nobody greeted us. We walked in and found our table. A couple minutes later, we were greeted unpleasantly. My wife asked if we could change tables, and in a borderline rude manner, we were told to take empty table. We sat for another 5 minutes. I was ready to leave at that point. Finally a waitress came over, and we were told we could not sit at the table we chose, because the section was closed. I started to walk out, but it was my wife's birthday, and she wanted to stay. The service from the waitress (Vivian) who ended up serving up serving us was great. The food was okay, but overly salty compared to the other times we have been there.

(Group of 2) We sat for an hour and 10 minutes got one drink each no waiter asked if we wanted a refill or even came to update us on our food that never showed up so we decided to leave, two large groups were there so we understood the wait for food but to not even get a refill for our drinks or anything was not acceptable

We arrived and they said to seat ourselves. So we chose three tables on the patio. We started with cold Nachos and only the Flett's showed at that time they ordered spinach dip? As soon as we were served only returned to check when more folx arrived. Then a storm hit. So without much ceremony we were informed we had to move. They didn't even check if we needed replacement drinks or silverware. Once inside we felt just as ignored. We were without alot throughout the experience. The food was edible but nothing special. I'm not interested in this location after my embarrassing bday experience.

Probably the worst service I’ve had in a bar in most of my life! If you had enough servers, you could make some serious money, but we were there for four hours and saw the waitress twice and even then we had to flag her down.

I don't recommend having the wings here on wing nights. The wings were brought out within minutes of ordering, with very little sauce/flavour on them, and they were barely warm.

We had some older guests who were hard of hearing. They were visiting from Germany and looking at investment properties in the area. I chose that location due to its proximity to the properties they were looking at and that they may enjoy a good Canadian beer with their meal. The restaurant wasn't too busy as we came after the main noon hour lunchtime. The volume of the music made it hard to hear. We asked if it was possible to turn it down a bit, and the server did do that a small amount. I observed the bar tender roll her eyes at the request which was not appreciated. The server experienced their hard of hearing while taking orders and serving us but nothing was done to try and accommodate us. In hindsight, it was a poor choice on my part for a business lunch meeting.

Came for the tomahawk steak special which was done perfectly. Only thing that was better than the steak was the service. It has been a long time since I’ve come across staff who are willing to go the extra mile for you. Thank you!

We have always enjoys the BrewHouse and have always made it our go too. After last nights experience with the service though I was ABSOLUTELY blown away. It was awful!! Our waitress never smiled or even made eye contact with us, never returned to our table for extended amount of time, and had to be flagged down, I clear our own plates, another waitress slammed our drink o the table and walked away as we never knew who ordered it. Turns out it was the wrong drink. And another waitress brought food to our table that was not ours and when we explained it to her she stormed off rolling her eyes. I did speak to the manager, and he said the story he received was I was cursing at her! NEVER HAPPENED!! I did ask her not to be rude and roll her eyes however. Over all this was one of my worst nights out here. We have have hosted a few steak nights here with sports teams, been there for special events like Halloween and st patty’s and never have been treated so poorly. I may not be back to this brewhouse if this behaviour is accept to be okay. 3 servers, all rude. At the end of the night however, we did have a great server, but again there was only 3 tables in the bar . Thank you Cora

St. Patrick's Day festivities were great (live bagpipes and drums before hocky game were unexpected surprise!) First server (Trista) was fantastic and personable; and when she went home the next server was very efficient. Food was wonderfull as usual. Green beer aplenty. Patrons got to vote...Irish music or hockey play by play. All in all a good night out.

Servers need more training imo. Our 1st time there we order our drinks after 10 mins of trying to get someone. When we got our drinks the mugs were frozen, which was awesome but no coasters or napkins. We asked her for some and she said there was none at all. When we asked her for something she'd go and server other tables and seat guests. After being fed up with her we asked another server and she took over. She was new and did her best and salvaged the rest of our evening. Our 1st server needs to focus less on her looks and learn customer service because her $400 contacts wont make it alone in life.

It was an excellent experience Trista our server was amazing and was very apologetic for them not having a drink in stock. It was excellent food and everyone was kind and friendly. Made the experience really awesome. Loved it!

The meat was tender, compared to your other plates for $45.00 I thought it was a little less for the value. Other than that, I enjoyed our service, waitress was absolutely fantastic. I always liked the Brewhouse and won't stop coming because of this one meal. Like I said, tasted great, just could have been cheaper or add a salad or desert to it. Thanks and keep up the good work.

U made the reservation no problem. When I arrived they found me on the list and seated me without issue. Sat on the covered patio which was lovely. Some folks were a bit louder than needed, but didn't ruin the dinner. Service was great. Food tasted great.

Kinda a covid mixup as we came in . The host was talking outside the door with a group of people . not realizing he was the host we walked around him and waited inside. He told us to wait and escorted a group of guys with no masks. I guess we are coming close to the end here anyways. We had a reservation for four and he dropped us off a 2 person table even though there was 3 of us right there! We had to go back to chase him to give us a proper table. waitress took our order all good . But she didn't show up to often. She apologized each time she came. Understandable really if she was to busy but she wasn't. After we had eaten she finally came around to pick up dishes and took our next order for some more food and beer We waited 20 minutes dry so I politely called her . She said the orders were backed up they weren't she forgot to place the order. She went and got the beer right away and waited another 15 min for our next food order . We were ready to go when the food came. It was pretty poor service , but eh we have to give servers a break ! as well as restaurants. We tipped 15% instead of 20% just for spite. The dry pork ribs and nachos were terrific ! The rest of the food was good also.
