Our waitress ensured my gluten allergy and gave impeccable service for a busy wing night! Separate fryer fry gluten allergies!! Plus, The manager was appreciated for remembering my daughters birthday and surprising ( and embarrassing) her.

40 oz Ribeye was really fatty may of got 18 oz of good meat. Waited 1/2 hour to get bill that we prepaid a month before but waitress was trying to figure out the gratuity.

The 40 ounce steaks were amazing. Cooked perfectly. However the fish and chips were disappointing. This was our second steak night and we’ll definitely be back again. Also their Guinness is excellent

We went for a lobster dinner, Caesar salad, mac and cheese with garlic toast. Due to my wife’s dietary issues she could not have a portion of the meal. The staff went out of their way to accommodate her and provided her with substitutions. Our meal, the staff and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. We will definitely be doing the lobster night again!!

It was a great afternoon. The service was outstanding even though the girl was by herself. She had busy hands all the time cleaning tables ad she went by and offering to get us more! I will bring my out of town family there when they are in the city.

Waitress was incredibly accommodating and forgiving when we asked for multiple changes in seating (on Mother’s Day of all days) she was so understanding. The food was delicious and was really quiet for how busy it actually was. Super yummy brunch!

Food and service were great. We didn't realize there was a hockey playoff game on, so it was really noisy in the upstairs area where our reservation was. The staff was gracious and moved us right away to the lower level which was much better. Otherwise, everything was good. Service was quick and all of our meals and drinks were good.

We found it too noisy, but should have known it being a sports bar that it would be. My quesadilla was too crispy. Yam fries were great. The food was not what we have experienced at other Canadian Brewhouse.

Our party of five were seated up in the back corner on the main floor. The lighting could be better there as the back comer seat was really dim as was the seat across the table from that person. There was also a cold draft by the windows. Otherwise we had a good experience as always at your establishment. Thanks!

Food is decent here, and consistent. Our server was so quiet, I had to strain to hear her. But it’s also loud in here. Our drinks were made wrong so they were wonderful to go back to make us new ones with no charge. I like the place and there’s a lot of choice in seating. But it’s always a bit too loud in there to actually talk. I find I’m straining my voice. It’s a better place for watching sports!

Upon arrival it was quickly noted that the bar upstairs was leaving a sticky liquid onto our booth and several people in our party. The manager said he would rectify this problem but it was never fixed and seemed to be something we were meant to just endure. All of the tables were wobbly causing drinks to continually spill. When’s it came to ordering food, 2 of the members of the party did not receive their meals for over an hour after everyone else had eaten. The server simply said she didn’t know what to do and would have a manager look into it. The place was extremely full with a fundraiser happening upstairs, a UFC fight on and a hockey game. The servers were obnoxious, rude and extremely short and were often screaming at patrons due to their poor attitudes and the extreme noise levels due to all of these events happening at once. It was a really overall terrible experience and that sentiment was shared by everyone who attended at my tables.

We went there because we were told that there was going to be a DJ and dancing for Halloween. There was no DJ. Apparently canceled. They had the hockey game on and a boxing match. Prior to booking I did call around. We could’ve went to Woody’s or the blackball that also had a Halloween costume prize with DJ and dancing. The party I was with was extremely disappointed. Had I want to go to a sports bar I would’ve booked it. There were a lot of guests in hockey jerseys. So this must be a normal Saturday night occurrence. I cannot express to you how disappointment we were being misled. We took a lot of time with our costumes and felt that we were misled.

The staff were amazing, super helpful and cheery. We ordered our steaks medium rare and got them closer to well done. I'm not one to complain and certainly not to waste food, so we didn't send them back, yet they still treated us well and compensated fairly for the mix up. They handled it really well so the staff get 10/10! It is a sports bar vibe, so it'll be loud, just not my thing since I couldn't hear my friends at the end of the table very well. Overall it's a nice place, it's kept clean which is great.
