We purchased tickets and went for steak night and our ceaser salads came out with no croutons or bacon, I asked the waitress and she said they ran out. So it was literally just lettuce with dressing on it. Our steaks were full of fat and cooked horribly. I asked for medium well and it came out rare so I sent it back and it came back extremely well done. It was so loud in there we couldn’t even talk to everyone at our table. I will not be going back for steak night, for the price I can go to the keg and have a real steak dinner

We waited 20 minutes for a glass of Iced Tea and we were seated right beside the bar. Waitress was apathetic and did not do any refills or quality checks for our table for the 2 hrs we were there. Her other tables that were sat after us got all of their food and drinks much faster than we did. We could see her smiling and being polite offering her other tables good promt service while she ignored us. It took 30mins for her to ring in our order, we watched her walk around and talk to her coworkers instead, joking and laughing, and then ring our order in. Very disappointing since it was a birthday dinner. I requested to sit at a booth area and we were given a table instead. We followed the policy and they had over 24 hrs notice of our reservation so there is no reason for not accommodating the request. They clearly did not set it up in time and just sat us wherever they had room before we arrived. My food came out cold which I have no doubt is because our waitress was very busy talking with her coworkers and all of her other tables that were receiving better service than us. She also did not tell us what the specials were and either did not have much menu knowledge when we asked questions about the food for dietary reasons or did not care to tell us. We came from out of town to eat at the Brewhouse in Leduc and it was a waste of gas. I will not recommend this place to anyone I know because this was a very terrible experience. I have never received service so poor at a restaurant before.

We have enjoyed Brewhouse at other locations. Food was terrible here and so was the service. Someone's dinner came out with the appies and then had to wait for everything else. The server didn't clean off the table when the food was finished. Very disappointed in this location

We made a reservation for during oilers game 5. So yes, ambience and food was great even though we forgot we had to leave at 9pm because our kiddo is under 18, oops on our part! It was fun during the 1 hr and 15 minutes we were there

Food was cold. Mojito drink was made with cilantro in stead of mint. We let the server and bar tender know and they argued with us. Better result would be to have replaced our drink and apologize. Very disappointed with this experience

My friends and I came here in search of pizza, and instead, we found ourselves having some creep stare at us and eventually come sit in our booth. The waitressing staff was quick in assessing whether we needed some help, and the manager ended up coming and telling the creep to get lost. He just went to another table with his friends and eventually, another one of his friends came and did the same thing before he headed out. The staff kept their eyes on us while these guys were here, and were super kind to us afterward. The pizza was good, and it was Halloween, so lots of people dressed up, which was fun. Too bad the creeps killed the mood! The restaurant itself is good, it's the people that visit it that suck!

The Canadian Brewhouse staff did a great job dressing up for Halloween weekend. They had a costume contest plus, Edmonton oilers game and Anderson Silva fight. Lots of excitement and good food .

We spent Mother’s Day at the brew house in spruce grove and had such an incredible experience that we decided to book Father’s Day in Leduc. The entire staff seemed as if they did not want to be there - including our server. She brought out our drinks and brought my 10 year old a large beverage and then charged us for that, even after we ordered from the kids menu. My dad ordered an omelette that was missing the cheese and nothing was done about that. We will absolutely co tribute to support CBH, but never again in Leduc. What an embarrassing establishment.

Our food arrived cold. Part of my dad’s order arrived wrong & they caught it right away & said they would bring out the correct item. He was half done his meal by the time that arrived. We were missing required condiments, it took forever to get someone’s attention. So of course our cold food was ice cold by the time we got down to eating. I was served coffee in a chipped mug, it was fine, I was just being cautious to not drink from that side. Until I forgot & cut my lip open. All in all I hate to say it but yes Leduc Brewhouse is not what it used to be.

Our waitress did not check on us as much as she should, we were chasing her down for more drinks. We went for wing night and they didn’t know what flavours of the wings were what. They also raised the price of pretty much everything, wings now on wing night are $8.99

Went for St. Paddy's day celebration. It was busy but the service was incredible. Had the steak bites and jalapeño poppers. Delicious 😋. They had bagpipes so it was loud, as expected, but very entertaining. Our party of 6 had a blast.

They allowed more then 8 to sit at a table beside us the whole time they kept smashing their chairs into ours also the blocked the walk way to the stairs. We even moved out table 2 feet and they still hit our chairs We spike to our server and she spoke with them and nothing changed at all.
