   took my family to this location for mothers day brunch, it took an hr to get our food, then we received 2/7 meals and both were cold, it took an additional 15 mins to get the rest of our meals the manager came over, and had excuses saying that's what happens when you give away thousands of dollars worth of food, and over 400 people waiting for food, but they had at least 15 empty tables they then said we would get an additional discount after the wait and we did not receive that, then when my food finally arrived, I was the last to receive it, it wasn't how I ordered, I asked for hard poached eggs for my Benny and received soft, at that point I wasn't sending it back and waiting as I had already waited an hr and was the last to get it, we had watched several tables who arrived after us receive their food before us, when we left the building they were turning people away saying 1-1.5 hr wait for a table, yet they still had 15 empty tables not one with a reservation sign iv been to this location a couple times and this isn't the first bad dining experience, iv been to others and have never had an issue

   The food was cold when it arrived at our table. It took approximately 20 minutes from the first dish until the last of our group’s was brought out. The food wasn’t awesome, but more than anything it was disappointing waiting for over an hour for our food after we had ordered. I understand it was a busy morning. It was Mother’s Day brunch… but knowing that, I would have expected the kitchen to be prepared to handle that. We have had great dining experiences at this restaurant and will likely give it another go, but not for an event like this.

   Service was amazing our server was so sweet and always eager to help us out she was fantastic. I know with holidays it can be super busy but we waited over an hour for our food. For a restaurant serving mothers day expecting little kids to be there it was hard to wait that long. Food was alright my wings were undercooked, it’s just seemed very chaotic and unorganized.

   Food was great. Service was pretty bad. Barely any help through out the dinner. Took 20 minutes to get knifes for breakfast to start eating. I was using their light system for service ( like yellow light means bill please ) and that didn't help one bit for for getting help. Everything else was fine. Just a little bit better service and it would have been perfect. No worries tho

   We went for Mother's day brunch as a group of 7. Our server was great but the kitchen was SLOW. The manager was defensive saying it was busy and we had only been waiting 48 minutes however we sat for an hour waiting even to order and there were many empty tables. After the manager left our table he came back to correct himself stating we had only been waiting 44 minutes. Once out food started coming out, we were give 2 meals and then a third trickled out. After waiting again and the first 3 dishes getting cold while we waited, the rest came out one plate at a time. When those dishes arrived they were cold so in the end everyone's meal was cold. The manager ended up discounting the bill but would not admit that it should not have taken that long. Not an enjoyable Mother's day experience for the 3 moms at the table.

    Kendra was our server and she provided fast and friendly service. We never had to get her attention to order food or drinks. We were there to watch the hockey game and we were put at a table with a great view of the TV and under a heater on the upstairs patio.

    My waitress was a little rude, she was getting annoyed she couldn’t hear us when we responded to her questions but she also wasn’t talking very loud and it was hard to hear her over the volume level of the music. She could of been kinder, considering someone was shadowing and learning the ropes. It definitely affected the amount of her tip. But the food and the atmosphere was great! The energy was awesome and the other servers that assisted the table with bringing our food and drinks were great! :)

    The staff here at this location are great at handling busy/peak times and accommodating large groups. Friendly and welcoming service, as always. No one seemed under pressure or rushed. They checked on us constantly which was great, a few of us arrived at different times and they were still welcomed and served right away. Our food came out very quickly. 5 stars for all staff here, they were well prepared to accommodate a busy night.

    Went to watch the oiler game. The sound was very quiet. It was hard to hear the game. Mix that with obnoxious guests at the 2 tables beside us yelling and screaming while talking the entire time was not enjoyable. During the period breaks the music was very loud. Usually the experience is great but being upstairs seemed like a compkletely different bar. Usually love going to brew for games. This time not so much.

    Food was fantastic as usual and our server was terrific. We have been here for a get-togethers with friends, as well as watching a playoff game & celebrating a win with the entire restaurant. Regardless of occasion, the Manning Brewhouse is great.

    I feel like they some charge on the bills. That shouldn't have been in the bills. I don't know how your business work but why are you still putting tomahawk steak tickets in the bills. When we already pay for it upfront already and your service put on the bills still. Which cost the gst to be higher then me and my friend expect it. We don't mind paying the gratitude. But to charge us the tomahawk steak tickets and add into the bill to increase the gst is unacceptable.

    We ordered 3 steaks medium and 2 came perfectly cooked 1 was very over done so we sent it back and it came out blue rare and cold in the middle so we sent it back again and it came back medium rare still not what we ordered but we didn’t want to wait again so ate it anyways and an 18% gratuity was automatically added to the bill which I should have been able to choose myself

    Complaints: The music got excessively loud 1/2 way into our visit as we noticed ourselves yelling at each when we were the to catchup. Something for after 9:00 pm. Choices of drinks not too good. Minimal low call beer and seemed to be out of a lot of other bottled drinks. Not impressed that we had to ask for napkins & cutlery, and the waitress looked annoyed that we asked. Can't use fingers to dap sour cream on your nachos. Otherwise the atmosphere was good with the exception of the cranked music. Nachos were awesome! Bathrooms were clean. Nice to have the bill split for us.

    This experience was amazing and definitely something you need to try at least once in your life. The igloo exceeded my expectations. You got a bluetooth speaker and comfy seating and it was very private.

    The servers were AMAZING, however would not recommend this when it's past -10 outside. Igloos are NOT heated as heaters they have are so small you can't even tell there is a heater, not to mention ours blew the breaker at one point. Starter salad was not ideal as SO cold, soup would have made more sense to offer for being outside. I dressed in 4 layers, -30 sleeping bag, warm boots, mitts with hand warmers and was still FROZEN. Being served ice cold water while already being frozen in an igloo that's NOT heated wasn't ideal either. We lasted an hour then moved inside for our dessert fondue as toes and everything were frozen. Again, our servers were amazing but CBH shouldn't offer this if they can't properly make this a comfortable or remotely cozy experience...at all.

    Kind of disappointed with the meal. There should be meat provided in the fondu menu. The dessert was delicious however the 2 bite brownies were old and fell apart when we went to dip them Vegetables provided for fondue were also very cold. false advertising for me which is unfortunate

    The Canadian Brewhouse is a friendly place with a wide selection of beers and drinks for every occasion. The sports theme is well-rounded to draw in all sports — although their golf focus is weak. The food menu has almost too many things on making it hard to choose but at the same time a very broad selection.

    We were the first in the restaurant when they opened to be seated at 1130 am. Service was slow . Others arriving after us were served and finished eating before our food arrived We have frequented this restaurant over the years often. Last couple of experiences leave us looking at other options in the area
