   The Caesar salad didn’t have capers on it as said in menu and very little lettuce and a lot of dressing. For the price. Server engaged with us which we appreciated.

   Service was horrible, our drinks were empty for 20 mins before I had to wave her down and ask for refills and to order more food. She came back 20 mins later and claimed her machine was acting up but I watched her use he machine every two minutes and attend everyone on the south wall with ease and dropping drinks off and tallying up their bills on the machine she claimed was the issue. Left very un impressed. Me and my friends won't be attending another UFC at the brew house.

   We first arrived it was great they had our table ready. One thing I noticed right off kids hanging over the rail above others seats. Parents need to rain them in. Then we ordered drinks I started by saying I would like a water with lemon and a king island iced tea in the tallest water glass. Drinks came my drink was in a shirt glass and no water and lemon. Time past no one stopped by with water. Appetizers were dropped off we were not asked if we needed anything else napkins water etc…. 3mins later our food has arrived. Same thing dropped off not offered anything. Now we are eating a cold main course with our appetizers. We watched our server walk by and the manger walk by no one even looked at our table. Assuming we are good I guess masks and shirt staff are an excuse. Especially when you don’t realize the person you are serving has been in your position and from working at a 4.5 start restaurant tips starts at yellow and water and a check in. So we hit our button twice no one came when we tested it after the server csme some one came after that. We were told they are all synced together It should only be synced to who is watching the table. The we also had a free appetizer which was not taken off. They took 50% off our meals which we didn’t care because the food was great but the excuses about masks and shirt staff and the button not working didn’t account for the server walking by and not acknowledging us after we received our drinks. We weren’t going to tip but did we tiled $27 assuming that hopefully the kitchen got mist of that tip. A table is to be checked in one with in 2-3 mins of getting their meal and water is important. We were rushed and felt like we were just another tip hopefully. We don’t go to bed house often because of prices but when we do it is for certain food items we enjoy. This is the third time we have gone and water has no been a priority for the one asking for it. Next time no tip.

   Brewhouse is our favourite spot to go for sporting events. Huge screens everywhere you look, food and booze specials... what more can you ask for? Always great service from the friendly staff. Thanks again for an awesome night!

   This is our 3rd 40oz Steak Night! Everything was fabulous. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was over the top delicious. It was nice to have the manager stop by our table to make sure everything was good. Very friendly. Lovely evening with friends. Definitely going to go again. Shout out to Moose Jaw Brewhouse!!

    Had a reservation. We were stood at a door along time before anyone acknowledged us. We’re sat at a table and again waited. Our server finally came and took our drink order and didn’t come back. Another server realized how long we were waiting and took over. She was great.

    Food was cold, fries and deep fried food tasted like they needed to change oil. Service was ok. But you go out to support local and to keep things open, and help people stay employed

    The door said they open at 10am. We arrived at 10:57am and the doors were locked. I called them and they answered, I explained that I had an 11am reservation, the lady who answered said " it's only 10:57, you have to wait 3 more minutes" I said, "but your door says you open at 10" she said "No, 11. You have to wait" and hung up. I get that they must have alternate hours because of covid, but there was no sign or notice. I am not from Moose Jaw. I didn't know. I felt the person who answered expected me to know they changed their hours from what is posted on the door.
