Made a reservation here for the patio on a Sunday afternoon to celebrate a special occasion with some family and friends. Unfortunately the patio is not accessible for people with disabilities so we had to switch to inside. Definitely not the ambiance or experience we were looking for but hard to switch locations with 20 people. It’s sad that people with disabilities have to sit inside a dark pub instead being able to enjoy the beautiful weather. Pretty disappointed.

It's a bit expensive compared to other bars, but everything was spot on. My server lucky was extremely friendly, pleasant, and very attentive. Will definitely come back again.

One of the waitresses dumped an entire tray of drinks on one of our friends and no one even came to check on her. Her entire tab should have been comped and it wasn’t. Terrible service on that part! Mistakes happen it’s not that she dumped the tray of drinks it was how it was (or wasn’t in this case) handled. We like to come celebrate birthdays here and truthfully the service has gone down hill immensely lately.

Have been to the Brewhouse a lot and this was one of our most disappointing times, food was greasy and gave us upset stomachs. Waitress wasn’t very nice till it came time to pay the bill. Overall disappointing

The food was the highlight - the donair poutine was absolutely delicious. The boneless wings were also very tasty. Appreciated the various sizes of beer. The wait staff were very friendly, but service was extremely slow. Overall, a good spot.

It's a pub. I get it. We had fun. Sometimes it's better to let the audience determine how loud the music should be. But it's a give and take the latter. People talk a lot of the music gets so no harm no foul.

Service was mediocre. Two of our party didn't get their meal at the same time as everyone. One got the wrong mean all together. The waitress broth the wrong drinks, and three times the staff brought someone else's food to our table. The food was bland, cold and expensive.

We had a big party and our waitress was fantastic, she made sure we had everything we needed and she was friendly and efficient. The other staff that helped with the serving were also wonderful and friendly! We had a great time, thank you!

Overpriced food. Madison wan not a good waitress. At one point we had 9 empty glasses sitting on our table. Shepards pie is all potatoes. Steak was all fat.

My husband and I were drove across town to go to another restaurant but the lineup was WAY too long. We saw this restaurant and stopped to here there instead. The food was good, my husband’s steak was “tough but tasted delicious”, my food was also delicious.

The server was super nice but for the food pizzas were disgusting. We left that as it is. Seating can be much more better. Most of their area was closed. I’ll choose the brewhouse chestermere than this in Calgary.
