   When we arrived it was so noisy you could not understand a word They told us there was a fundraiser going and the noise would be there for a few hours,so we left. If they had let us know that there was an event going with noisy music we would have had a choice to stay or go This was very disappointing. I don’t think we try again. It was way to loud.

   Most of us got tacos because it was taco Tuesday. They were very dry. The service was terrible. It was not busy in there but our server barely came around. She didn't clear our plates so with 5 kids it was a mess of plates and napkins. The food all came out spread apart. Everyone was done eating before I even got my food. And t try hints were forgotten. I asked for a kids menu. 15 mins later I had to ask again. Asked for ranch for my kids veggies. 15 mins later had to ask again. Not good service.

   It got busy very quickly and only one server was on. She did her best and was excellent to get our food out quickly as we were in a hurry, but the food was not hot and it was slow as she hurried to take care of the whole restaurant.

    Had a reservation for 645. We were a few minutes late. We were on way to US driving so we were on a time crunch. We were told there was going to be quite a wait. The hostess just gave us a blank stare. No effort to try and keep our business. So we took our business to Browns.

    This is always my go to place for Pub Grub. They have a great draft beer selection and ambience as a sports bar. The service is excellent, but the latest price increases have made this a $$$ location.

    Good place to go as a sports bar. But as a date spot, was bit hard to hear and so many TV's plus dark. Food was good and fast. Had a nice server.

    Out of all steak menu items, certain wine, toilet paper , hand soap. It took 45 min for appetizers to come out . And made us feel uncomfortable that we had kids age 9,13,15 wth us … at 7pm. Always the same experience every time we go.

    Went to the Okotoks Brewhouse to celebrate my daughters birthday. We had 2 half orders of nachos, pretty much by kids request. 1 full plate of loaded nachos with chicken, dry ribs and poppers.. 2 beer 1 Caesar and 2 pops… watching the Oilers from start and the place has 11-13 people including us… the food took 30-35 minutes, the chicken was plain and had no seasoning and very salty chips… music was way too loud considering it was 5pm and typically if the flames are on we get the sound… apparently not for the other ALBERTA team… but what ever.. 1 gentleman walked in… asked to watch the football game and all large tvs were changed to this. As my family had asked to be seated on a side in which we wouldn’t disturb others and enjoy the game on the big screen… instead we were forced to watch the ramp up to Monday night football… and missing the end of the period when finishing up our meal… when asked about the game… “sorry, I don’t operate the tv”… So between waiting for our meal because 9 skip delivery orders(we asked how many and counted the drivers), plain nachos chicken, poor customer service , missing the game (for which we came there for during a birthday celebration) and the outrageous bill of 118.00 and of course the expected 15%.. give or take 135.00 As a local, from the community, supporter of local business… our family will NOT be back.exactly the opposite of the experience we went to this location for. Business that forget the front facing customers and cater to the app customers - the people who sit in the seats are the ones who made this franchise who they are.., this particular Canadian Brewhouse has forgotten this…

    We all loved our waitress, Hannah. She was attentive and friendly. Our food did not come out all together. We had two meals and rest rest came 10 minutes later. My prime rib was mediocre ☹️ . The chocolate cake was very good!

    I guess my only complaints would be that some customers did not wear masks when moving around the restaurant/bar and that there was no cotton candy available for my kids dessert. No big deal. The food was AMAZING and we left stuffed. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
