The steak we received was extremely salty, to the point it tasted bitter. We requested a refund for the experience on Oct 21st, but never heard back about it aside from that they contacted OpenTable on our behalf.

I was there for the 40oz steak dinner; it was perfect. I told some people about my experience and they want to join me if this is ever offered again. I do not live in the area but I will try to enjoy the great experience every chance I get.

The wings are overpriced, stale and served cold. Came to watch the UFC game and could barely hear the volume of the TVs even though there were plenty of them.

Table was ready, fast service, great waitress who took drink orders right away, then dinner orders. We were a group of 5 and could have a conversation and watch NHL and MLB. We all enjoyed. Actually had lunch the day before and then reserved for dinner the next day

I had chosen the “patio” option when I made the reservation. We drove a long way specifically for the patio. The patio was closed when we arrived. Very disappointing and annoying. The food is average, so not worth a long drive. The ambience inside is much different. Very loud. We came to see the sunset, not a hundred TVs. But our server was excellent!

It was my first time at this location which I was a bit leery on attending as I was uncertain of the area. I was very surprised that when I entered the building, there was a large poster blocking the main floor of the restaurant that directed me upstairs. The double flights of stairs led to the bar and patio. It was lovely to sit on the top of the restaurant and enjoy the sunshine. The noise level was perfect that we could have a conversation without feeling like we had to raise our voices. The food was hot and flavorful. Our servers were friendly and responsive. Overall an enjoyable dinner. I will definitely return.

Service was excellent, food was great and rooftop patio was wonderful, the seating was well spread out and not crammed in like some other places I have been to. The noise level was fine as long as the music is lowered. I have a heard time hearing if the background music is too loud. Overall, a great spot to enjoy time with friends with good food. We will be back!

Our server was good. The attitude of the main hostess wasn’t that welcoming. Be aware that the patio is equipped with misting sprayers. Our chairs were wet to sit on. The table we were sitting at was right beside the compressor for the water sprayers. It’s loud and ruined the ambiance. I don’t feel the food is worth the price they charge.

We booked because we wanted to sit in the patio. When we got there we were told that it was closed. my tuna poke bowl didn't taste fresh and tuna didn't leave a smooth taste was very fishy. I've had poke bowel at other resteraunts and it was great ( jack astors). It was so loud my friends and I were screaming at eachother...but that was expected as there was a fight on TV. Service was slow. But they were busy.

We had a group reservation for the rooftop patio. It did not disappoint! It’s a great atmosphere and view. Even the umbrellas kept us dry from light rain that day. The server was kind. We only found that she would disappear for quite a while instead of checking up on us every now and then. Otherwise food is worth the price and we’ll be back!

Starter + main came out at the same time. Main/Burger was cold + buns were stale. Food price was unreasonably expensive, for very mediocre taste food. Server was overwhelmed and kept forgetting about us - to bring napkin/takeout container etc. Will not go back again.

The rooftop is a pleasant form of patio. No street noise. With shade from sunlight & rain and a soft breeze, the ambience is enjoyable. Service is a tad slow so okay if you are not in a rush. There was no one to greet at the ground level entrance and the sign pointed in the wrong direction. You need to figure out how to get to the very long stairway or to find the elevator. I had a booking for 12:30pm but there was no one to greet us at the patio so it's grab what you can even if you have a reservation. The food was really tasty and ample. I had to ask for a takeaway box. We didn't have dessert. The coffee was tepid so I didn't drink it. I mentioned that and the waitress waived the cost of our coffee and tea. Call me old-fashioned but I like my Chardonnay chilled and served in a wine glass and my black coffee served hot in a mug. The room-temperature wine and tepid coffee in a glass cup is the way it's done today but doesn't work for me and I think I'm right on this. We'll go full circle eventually, I'm sure. I have yet to come to terms with the 20%, 22% or 25% digitally-demanded options for tips. Employers should pay their employees better and tips by customers should be for exceptional service.

Terrible service-one server was actually pleasant to be around but she only brought us a drink. Our server was absolutely miserable. The ones bringing the food didn’t look happy to be there either. Food and drinks WAY too expensive for the taste and portion size. $21 for a bulldog and it was tiny. Definitely will not be returning. Very sad :/

I had to get our own cutlery and napkins after our food arrived. She didn't even bring condiments when I asked her twice for malt vinegar and with 3 orders of fish and chips at our table she never brought it. She was more interested in chatting at the bar and drinking her ice capp. We had reservations and were a party of 5 adults and 3 kids. Not a hard table to serve and I had to ask another server for a second round of drinks.

2nd time here and the service was definitely not as good, however the food was much better and no issues. Requested food to be quick for event we had to be at and it was. It was busy, so did not see server very often. Previous night’s server spoiled us.
