The evening started out great got are first round of drinks and appie order taken in great time. We were having a great time ,bought some 50/50 tickets for a great cause we were told draw would be at 9:00pm Got are food in great time ,we had the 40 oz steaks they were top notch.Cooked perfect. This were the night went down hill.time was approx 830.We were having drinks laughing ,was announced that 50/50 draw would be at 9 sharp.We hadn't seen our server since we got our last drink approximately 815.Then 9 pm came no draw could not find out server to get our bills . Finally 50/50 draw at 930 and our bill came But it honestly felt we were held hostage waiting for 50/50 and no service in the final hour we were there no offer of additional drinks or even water or no offer of dessert . So all in all Good was 4.5 out of 5 But service at best was 3 out of 5 Very good start to the night but the last hour sucked.

Very good overall. However restaurant appeared to be understaffed for Father's Day. Many tables had to be cleared, including ours. No one to clear tables except for hostesses. No one greeted us when we came in, sign said to sat yourself. Why do I need to make a reservation when the hostess booth says seat yourself? I have made a reservation for the Steak Dinner night this Saturday, hopefully experience will be better.

Visited Canadian Brewhouse last night for my birthday celebration. I usually have a great experience at brewhouse, but last night was not the best mainly due to the food service. First, my gramma ordered hot water with a lemon and she received warm tap water. When our server came by and we told her about the water, she was very quick to bring steaming hot water for my gramma. Second, my mom ordered a burger and truffle fries. When she received her food, the fries were cold and soggy. The bottom of her burger was soaked with juices and sauce, probably from sitting under the warmer for a while. Our server was great to get new fries and a new bottom burger bun for my mom. In hindsight, my mom should have taken the offer from our server for a whole new burger as the beef patty was dry and didn’t taste the best. Third, I ordered two basket of wings for my birthday. I was so hungry after waiting so I just went about with my order of wings even though they were not hot at all. They must’ve been sitting under the warmer for a while too. I asked for a discount on my food instead of getting fresh wings because I was so hungry, which my server did get me a small discount on the wings. Overall, our server was great but the food was lacking a lot. Love brewhouse, but not a great experience last night.

Our waitress was very rude. Her name was Caitlyn. She got mad at my table for asking for receipts that were split up sharing nachos. I have never been spoken to this way by a waitress. She made me feel stupid and uncomfortable. On another note, the Stanley cup game was shut off for a bit. This was unfortunate at a sports restaurant.

Booked for 20 people, had tables setup for 18. Other group had to sit at table away from main group. Service was good, food was good. Guinness beer was poured poorly in a bee mug not a pint glass, later found out you needed to order bigger to get the actual Guinness glass. Probably try a different venue for the next company lunch out.

The staff was very friendly, our waitress was personable and very quick. Wish they would do a better job on seasoning the wings. Deep fry, shake them in the seasoning so it sticks? Found them very bland, but usually it's better.

We are so thankful for the brewhouse accommodation of our 14 person party. We made reservations easily and only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. It was our work Christmas party and a retirement celebration as well. Even with systems down we had excellent service and friendly staff. Our one table had to wait a bit however we didn't have any issues with it. Thank you for the nachos to munch on while we waited and our server for putting up with us all.

Pasta wasn't very good. A few of us didn't even have an chicken in the chicken Alfredo. 18% gratuity at the end of a drinking bill is far too much. Bringing a beer isn't any more effort than water and costs of alcohol is already high so why do you need another 18%?

Server was really not good. We ordered. I asked about dairy free options for apps, she said she would check and come back, then she never came back, everyone else got apps and she never came back to ask me, food came for the table for 9 and only 8 dishes came, by the time the last plate came the kids had finished eating and the adults food were cold waiting, she never did a bite check to see if we were ok, and we weren’t. Too dishes weren’t even edible, all could have been resolved with better service and timing, why would they send all the food without one when it wasn’t even close to ready.
