The plates and glasses were dirty(parts of food), looks like nobody washed the dishes. The carpet (artificial grass) was all in the garbage, it is not very pleasant to sit in the middle of this and eat/drink.

Overall, our group was fairly satisfied with their food. However, my steak special was two different thicknesses. The thicker part was medium rare as ordered, but the other half of the steak was close to well done. Two people found the brisket grilled cheese sandwich had way too much barbecue sauce.

South Regina brewhouse is ALWAYS a welcoming vibe. We are regulars. Management and the staff are fantastic. Shout out to Eden who served us back to back this weekend! Excellent service.

We loved taking our kids out for supper and enjoying the experience. The excitement experience let’s us all enjoy ourselves with safe options for two gluten free family members so we can focus on having fun and talking to each other! We loved it! Staff is great, food is great!

Atmosphere is great. But it seemed very disorganized with the workers. We were seated on the patio, in which we waited for about 15 mins, b4 I had to finally ask for menus. Our waitress, finally took our order. Once we were served our meals, our waitress did not come by to see how things were, did not ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. The only time she ACTUALLY hustled was when she wanted payment… which, was quite rude. I was putting my left overs into my to go container while she stood there, when I already told her, that I was paying cash and that I would go up to the till to pay, as I wanted to talk to the manager about the poor service. The only time she actually hustled was when she was getting payment… so waiting for her tip. I let the manager know if the poor service. He apologized and said she was pretty swamped with tables… now, hearing that, when I’m a waitress myself, was a poor excuse… I’ve had alot busier days and always made sure ALL my customers received great service.. no matter how busy I was. And this is not the first time at a Canadian brew house that this happened. It’s happened to us at the Moose Jaw location too. So, either the workers are not being trained properly or people that can’t handle being a waitress are being hired. I think better hiring strategies need to be met… but, the food was good both times that I went to this location and moose jaws location. That’s one positive point.

Great service and food. Could use less ice in their mixed drinks. My drink was 3/4 full with ice and it didn’t taste like their was any alcohol in the drink. The table is very high compared to the height of chairs. Not very comfortable.

Service was terrible - had to flag down the server whenever we needed something. We ordered food, and weren't given any cutlery or napkins, and had to ask other servers. We would have been more patient and understanding if they were busy, but there was no more than 6 tables in the entire restaurant, and she would disappear for long periods of time. We usually have excellent service at this CBH, but this time made us never want to go back.
