I had my birthday party yesterday there, it was an amazing experience. It is one of the few places that accepts big groups and no bureaucracy to make a reservation. We were in a group of more than 25 people. All guests enjoyed so much, services and food were fantastic. Thank you so much!

Ordered medium rare steak and got well done. Told waitress and thought she was going to take it off but didn’t. Also ordered Tuna poke rice bowl and the rice was overcooked and mushy. Everything else in it was good cuz it was not cooked. Oh and the edamame was good. I think the overall dish needed more siracha mayo tho.

Steaks were mostly fat and muscles, I don’t demand super quality or something but maybe something decent? I didn’t receive the bill which has barcode to scan my points. I think the system was down or something.

The prime rib special was horrible. We had a group of 7 and we all ordered prime rib dinner special, 2 out 7 just couldn’t eat it. The meat had a lot fat and tendon. You couldn’t even chew it up to swallow it.

Steak was nice size, but the meat had too many tendon and was very hard to cut. Need better steak knives. Steak also had lots of fat that was not edible. Perhaps the kitchen could have removed the fat and the tendon before cooking /serve serving.

Considering the number of people in the pub I find it extremely concerning how poor the service was. We watched our drinks sit at the bar for fifteen minutes before placing them at our table. the waitress would rather watch the TV than check on Patreon's well-being. all in all, I can say it will be a long time before coming back to this establishment.

Everything went well except for the Dessert Poutine. I am a repeat customer but Ive noticed that the way the dessert/ food prepared is getting less and less ingredients: Example, I ordered Cauliflower Tempura with Honey Garlic Sauce. I have to order and pay extra sauce bec I don’t see and taste the sauce at all. same as the Dessert Poutine. On the menu description it says “loaded with caramel sauce and choco drizzle…etc” - mine is not. The carame drizzle is like a teasepoon drizzled into the whip cream instead of on top of the churros/icecream. The chocolate drizzle doesnt look like a drizzle at all. Looks like a chocolate sauce out from a bottle trying to spurt the last ounce of it. I wanna tell my server but I just dont have time for another request and she never came back to ask how is everything anyway. Take note: its Sunday at 4pm and not busy. Soooo….

Lobster night. Food was good. Was seated at a table beside a large party , asked for 1 of several empty booths. Was told no they were reserved. 2 booths beside us sat empty the whole time we were there . Waited awhile for bill.

We have a wonderful experience with our pup. My wiener dog enjoyed his freedom roaming around the patio. Sniffing here and there. Food is delicious, boneless chicken and the 3 cheese spinach dip. We will come back soon

My partner and I went here around 6:30pm on a Saturday night. It was the night of the boxing and UFC fights. The bar was very loud and we were originally placed at a table very squished in next to two other parties. We got up and moved to a better table and the server allowed it. The service was excellent and very fast, especially for how busy it looked. We ordered the brisket poutine, garlic fingers (free because we downloaded the app), and the beef dip upgraded to the philly cheesesteak. We also ordered a 50oz pitcher of sangria which was very refreshing. Overall the bill came out to $95 before tip. There were a lot of big tv’s too to watch the fight. If you’re a fan of sports and don’t mind a loud venue, this place is great!
