Looking forward to Mothers Day. We chose this venue as we enjoyed the last 2 times we have been there. I have been craving the Oriental Stirfry . We arrive and are given apiece of paper which was a limited menu. Ordered Taco salad which was.not good at all. Why were we not informed when I called to make reservation. We won.t be returning including the 4 family members that came with us.

I was so impressed. It was my birthday celebration and they gave me a tray of triple cheese nachos that were the best ones that I have ever tasted! I had the 8 oz. Prime rib steak and my hubby had pizza and they were both amazing. So much food that we had to bring home leftovers. The service was top notch as well. I highly recommend Canadian Brewhouse any day of the week! Thank you for a great night! 🥰

We had a great time. We would do it again next week.everyone were really good. I really felt that by 7 pm all kids should be taken home. They were well behaved but they were outside unsupervised by an adult. They could have been hurt.

Our reservation for 16 people was not at all what we had asked for. Multiple orders of drinks were wrong or forgotten. Orders came out incorrect. Usually I’m quite happy with my Brewhouse visits, this one was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

We ordered our dinner, expected a bit of a wait as they were a little busy due to the hockey game. Our sons food came out, and the server advised that ours would be out shortly. We were then advised the wrong order was made (we ordered double nachos, they made a single). Our food finally came out about 15 minutes later, and was still incorrect, as we had wanted beef on the nachos. It took another 15-20 minutes to correct this. When it finally came out, it was barely warm. My sons dinner had been out for more than half an hour at this point. We weren’t offered a discount or anything, which would have been nice. It was not overly busy, certainly not as much as we had expected, and I don’t believe a cause for the extreme wait on our order. Disappointing visit.

I like watching the oilers games there but lately been getting less quality food for more money last night I went they brought me hot wings that were ice cold also some of the people I was with had cold food and the prices of beer and drinks are getting outrageous The price of the food and drinks there’s so much that I deduct from the tip amount

We were looking forward to the prime rib for my sons birthday. I told him it was amazing as last time we went it was amazing. This time super dry and chewy. Very disappointed. Won’t be recommending this anymore.

Food was decent, service was friendly, but it was also very slow (they were very busy). We booked a table for 5 but we were seated at a table for 4. Next time I would definitely book for a larger table than I actually need so I can sit comfortably.

We booked 2 tables of 8 for our gymnastics team & the staff was great! Our tables were side by side & the servers did a great job of covering both. Yummy food & drink - thanks for the terrific team dinner!

Inside of restaurant was pretty quiet but skip/take out orders has the kitchen working hard. Didn’t mind the wait for the food but waitress had horrible customer service, would check on us very seldomly but had no issues hanging out with friends/coworkers that had been dining in. Food was disappointing especially for the price and we were brought the wrong drinks.

There was 2 managers involved in the draw for the Oilers tickets and was totally dishonest and made the draw after the deadline and for one of there friends to be the winner🤬 3 separate tables seen what transpired I will not attend this location for future game days 🤦🤬

We came for New Years unfortunately not very busy. Everyone made the best of it we had a lot of fun regardless. I have only been a few times but it feels inviting a comfortable place to stop by and the food is great! The service is always friendly and an upbeat positive vibe so far, hoping to stop in to get in on Wing Wednesday. Thank you for the event l will watch for more upcoming.

This Canadian Brewhouse location has always come through in every way. I've never had a bad meal here. I've never been sick after eating here (I'm gluten free and not by choice) as they are extremely careful and they have a dedicated GF frier.

I was supposed to receive 500 Canadian Brew house points for booking a table. When I arrived I asked the server about the points and she had no idea. She called the manager and he came over and said he was not aware of the promotion, so he suggested I send an email to CBH head office. I have and still have not received a response back or the points. I will return to The Canadian Brew House to use my remaining accumulated points, but once used up I will never set foot in that establishment again.

Overall the food was horrible . We quit going to the Spruce Grove Brewhouse because it was terrible food. We started going to the one in Westend because the food was so much better and the waitresses were really good as well. It’s a much bigger establishment and lots of staff . The Spruce Grove restaurant needs to take notes on how to run a better restaurant . Anyway I’m not returning any time soon .

Mother’s Day celebration was wonderful, my mother and myself both received free meals that were delicious. My son and I are gluten intolerant so it was wonderful that the menu is thoughtful of allergies. The food and drinks were great!

The Canadian Brewhouse did something I’ve never seen before for Valentine’s Day - they made a delicious Surf & Turf Dinner for two that included a bottle of wine for $44.99!!! Usually restaurants JACK their prices for this day of love - but not TCB! They made it a super good deal and it was delicious! Well done!!!

The bartender wrecked the night with his eye rolling and throwing ice cudes around. He was ignorant. The manager was too busy hugging and touching some guy that was having a beer at the bar. Sure missed Aaron tonight.
