   I had to ask for the manager as the waitress wouldn’t give her Mother’s Day brunch for free as advertised. The manager however did resolve the issue.

   We made reservations, but when we got there they were unable to provide accommodations. They blamed Open Table glitch.

   We had reservations for a table inside but it sounds like there was a glitch wjth the computer system. All tables were reserved when we showed up. We had to eat on the patio , which defeated the purpose of making a reso.

   We were looking forward to the 40 oz. Ribeye dinner and it did not disappoint! The staff was amazing as was the meal! Of course we took a lot of steak home! Great value and fun.

   We waited almost an hour for our food. Our kids food came out first, which didn’t allow for us as adults to enjoy ours. Then they only brought out 2/4 adult meals so our food got cold while waiting for the other two dishes to arrive. One of my son’s orders were wrong as he did not want cheese on his cheeseburgers, we also asked for pickles on the burger which he didn’t get. I also asked for mayo on the side, but this was also forgotten. My dad asked the waitress 3 times for a refill on his drink before he got one. All our drinks were empty even though we asked for water twice. Had to get the manager to assist. Our plates were left on the table well after our meals were done and my boys weren’t even offered dessert even though it came with their meals. The fries in my dad’s meal were moist and not crispy, which left them uneaten. My mom’s cheesy garlic toast was forgotten and also not brought out. Highly disappointing service overall. Seems as though they were understaffed possibly? Not sure we will be back to this location.

   i really loved my experience at canadian brewhouse it was a very fun place and i enjoyed being there and having a great time our waitress was amazing she looked so pretty and her service was so good

    It was busy as it usually is on a Saturday evening when a hockey game is on! Sat us at a dirty table to start, we had a reservation for 8 and they sat us at a table for 6 with an extra chair so when we asked the girl about it she tried to tell me there was nothing they could do about it then the manager heard her and simply added a table to our bunch! Our waitress was nice and friendly she was just too busy to tend to us!! Most of us had steak special, it was gristle and fat but I guess that’s what you get with the special? We like Brewhouse but we won’t be back to that one
