   Waitress was very nice and accommodating. Food was great. There was a misunderstanding regarding the GF stuff.. Nice restaurant. Thought the bowling for the young kids is a great idea

   I found it very noisy. It took awhile before we put in our drink order and meal order. I had steak and shrimp. The steak was very tuff not good for a Rib- Eye at all. Not sure if I will go back

   We nade reservations for lunch and bowling. We did not get to bowl because someone else already was so reservation was not honoured even though that is why we choice that establishment. Manager offered the bowling for free but an hour later the other people were still bowling. They did not have any beers on tap that we wanted. When the food arrived we still did not have utensils or napkins and no one seemed to care that our visit was not going well. This was our family day event and seemed like we wasted alot of money for not a very good experience. Will not be returning or recommending

   There was an awful smell in the restaurant! We had to keep asking for missing items from our meals! Only two staff on! It was very quiet and very cold in there! Will not be returning :(. We enjoy the Canadian brew house change but we won’t be returning to this location! Really wasn’t happy to even give a TIP, that’s how bad it was on Christmas Eve!

    I booked both for 5 persons ahead but when we arrived there where only the highchair one available. The server took care of us.

    Ask for a regular table, got a high, reservation was for 5, we were sat at a table for 4 with the 5 seat at the end of the table in the middle of the aisle. No great.

    Love the patio just expect loud music. Server was a bit forgetful but eventually got everything we asked for. Don’t recommend the beef dip but love the burgers, fries and chicken tenders kids menu.

    Our waitress seemed to forget about us. 3 or 4 other couples came in after us and all were served and left before we got our food. I believe that she completely forgot about as the chicken I had was only warm.

    We had a pretty good time. When we first sat down we waited for about 10mins before the server came. I made reservations but no one even asked if we had reservations so I thought making them was kinda pointless. I think you need more servers. Because when we got there at 12 there was only 2 working the patio. The service was ok but slow I never had to wait so long for our drinks.

    Went with friends to watch the oilers game. Always a fun place to watch hockey. Just wish they would turn the volume down during the intermissions

    We had a wonderful gal, Tori who was in her second night on a playoff game night AND corona night? She was fantastic! The deep fried pickles are to die for! The nachos weren’t there usual best, but hey! We still ate them, who should complain when we’re not the ones cooking!

    This was our first time here. Made a reservation, not needed. It was seat yourself when we got there. The table we had reserved was occupied. So that was a waste of time. As far as service, it was a mixed bag. We were served soon after we sat down. The waitress assumed we knew the menu, but we had to spend some time uploading it. Then the app prompted me to load the app and receive free garlic fingers. So I did. Then it told me to inform the waitress with a code, I did. The waitress gave us her recommendations which turned out to be very good. We received our drinks in short order, and the meal soon followed. No garlic fingers. We flagged down our waitress and she said they had run out…. A lie. The girl that brought us our food apologized and said she would get on it, she didn’t. At the end of our meal, the General Manager came over and asked if we still wanted our garlic fingers. We said no, as we also had booked a movie to go to and had to leave. She gave us her card and told us to ask for her next time and she would fix us up. This was good but with so many options for dining, not sure if we will return any time soon… the prices were on the high side for burgers and beef dips. The fries and Onion rings were very good.

    They gave our table while acknowledging that we did reserve a table yet gave it away because someone wanted it. Reservations were explained to us as not exact or honoured reservations. They said open table often gets bumped here for walk ins. We were 5 mins early too. In the end we were given a sticky dirty table and were barely served the first hour there. This place is a hot mess compared to ANY OTHER Canadian tap house we have visited. We won’t be going back. Ever. Stay clear. This felt like a boys and girls club out of control. At least clean the place

    Dinner was great and a nice special for Valentines Day with one exception- the special was to have either a bottle of red or white and the waitress forgot to bring our choice of red. When we mentioned it at the end while paying they had by that time run out so we got stuck with the white.
