My husband had the Canadian burger and said was the best burger he has had . And we shared an order of wings hotti-taki this were very tasty right amount of heat ! I had beef dip with cactus fries and dill dip fries were delicious, but beef dip could only eat half had a burnt flavour but didn’t see any burnt ness on it so tasted off would never order this again it was horrible!!! Wish I would have ordered the chicken burger instead !

Only one complaint : NO ELEVATOR TO ACCESS PATIO. We can't handle 2 long flight of stairs to get to patio. God forbid if we have to use the bathroom and take that long trip back down. Very dangerous for old people like us! We would recommend the Brewhouse to friends but only if they were young & in good shape.

Great dining, however it was a little difficult for one of my guests making it up those stairs even tho I made the reservation for the downstairs. An elevator would have been nice.

Sadly they were understaffed. We waited 30-45 mins for just water. It was our daughters University grad and came to enjoy the patio. We were patient but overall a sad experience.

Our family was in on Saturday to celebrate 2 birthdays. We made a reservation which was perfect as we were a group of 8. The manager came to the table to see if everything was okay which was nice to see. There was a hockey game playing, and while I usually don't mind the enthusiasm of hockey, the volume was a little loud above us, especially trying to converse with two 70+year olds. The manager came over personally and was able to turn the volume down adequately. As usual at Canadian Brewhouse south we had a great experience, our server was amazing, friendly and patient. Food and drinks were delicious, we will definitely continue to go back to CB! Cheers!

We came for the hockey game. I know it was busy but we were at the table in the corner upstairs & we waited just short of 2 hours to get our order taken & another 45 minutes to be served our food. At the end, when we were leaving & settling our bills, there was a discrepancy & some items were on the wrong bills so the server went away with them & we waited over 30 minutes for him to come back. In the time we were there, we watched other groups arrive, order, be served, eat, pay & leave. We spent a large amount of our time waiting - for our drinks, to order, for our food, to pay our bill - which made for a disappointing & frustrating evening.

There needs to be better integration between the two platforms. Created a reservation with details and the following issues occurred , frustration built and no accountability or request with respect on this occurred or prevent for recurring in the future. 1) Selected reservation, no one was there to greet or ask if we had a reservation. 2) Selected high top during the reservation, this area opens @ 14:00 3) Selected the reason for attending (birthday party), waitress asked if we celebrating a special event. If I was the manager, I would have asked, what app did you use so I can provide feedback to the appropriate departments to enhance. Possible resolutions: 1) Remove the option for reservation or when booking reservations have a notification advising this is self seating or when you arrive, advise you have a reservation. 2) If selecting the high top, have a notification that is only available between or after certain hours (local time zone) or just have it greyed out till available 3) Remove the special event question or when arrived, locate waiter and advise you have a reservation, the waiter then reviews the reservation, saving time and questioner redundancy. This experience was frustrating and confusing, felt this was a waste of time and not required.

We had the spinach dip which was pretty tasty and then ordered the Taco salad which came with salsa, sour cream and guacamole. The salsa had no spice or heat to it, very disappointing. Adding a little spice or heat would have really made a huge difference. It was not very good. How ever I have not tried anything else from there menu but I have been told their food is usually very good.

We went for the game and it was packed. The staff was friendly and we didn’t wait long for anything. I’ve been to this location a few times and they never disappoint!

Disappointed. Issues with reservation, didn't have enough seats even after we were move. Server was friendly and did her best but they were severely understaffed. Many of the food and drink items came very late or did not come at all. Sat upstairs for the hockey game. Not happy, don't plan on going back.

We had an absolute blast watching the Oilers playoff game. It unfortunately ended in a loss and the bar cleared out rather quickly, we made the best of it with the DJ they had playing that night!

We reserved the Canadian Brew House because we needed a location which we could seat approximately 20-30 people for a social gathering. Everything went well for the evening and our waitress ( Paitan) did a good job by herself serving all of us though-out the evening. I saw the manager came out to our section at the beginning of the evening and spoke to one of our guys and I wish someone would of approached me since I was the one who organized the event. Overall the experience was really good.

Surf and turf meal was top notch!! Steak was cooked to perfection and the mashed potatoes were amazing. Never had a bad experience here !! The manager and staff were very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for you to make your experience better.

Server was good, other than the special night lumber jack steaks can not order during the reservation and present. Bad news is my reservation at 7pm prime rib night also sold out and the worst thing came last NO steaks can be order ???

Horrible service. Had a reservation and was told they couldn’t accommodate us when one of our party checked in. We had a party of 7. Very inconvenient that we had to try and find another restaurant. Will not go back to this location ever.

Great service on a busy night. The tomahawk was surprisingly good. The taco salad and garlic fingers were burnt. The bulldog had a flavourless margarita mix. Stick with draft beer.

It really helped that we were able to make reservations online as there was a lineup when we arrived and people waiting to be seated. The restaurant was really busy and there were St Patrick’s Day festivities going on. I was able to advise the host about our reservations and we were seated promptly. The server was very friendly and attentive and we were able to order right away. Our drinks and food arrived in a timely manner. There were food and drink specials going on, which I love having that option at restaurants. We had the Friday special prime rib dinner and it was delicious! The noise level is quite loud which makes it hard to have a conversation sometimes but it’s usual for a busy pub/bar as it’s got a sporty happy inclusive vibe. They had bag pipers put on a performance and that was really exciting to see. They also had a contest going on that everyone can enter. It’s an all around great restaurant and I would definitely recommend! And we will definitely be back for more 😊

We love this location. Always friendly management and servers. Food is always great. We come here a lot! Certainly noisier on special nights such as St Patrick’s Day or special sports on TV. But generally good for noise level.
