   Busy day with free brunch for Mom’s! Sadly the restaurant was under staffed. However that is hard to keep and fill spots right now I know! We got our food before we got our drinks. And our cutlery. They were very busy, maybe a lot of people called in sick that morning.

   When I made the reso I was asked if it was for something special - birthday. Upon arrival our table was not already set up and we helped our server with it. Unfortunately we were sat in between the kitchen entrance and the main entrance, would have been nicer to have had the table set up and in a better section. We had a member of our group in a wheelchair. Unfortunately the table level was very high for her compared to those of us sitting in the regular chairs. The food was good but nothing that made any of us say "we need to come back". At the end of our visit the check was presented but there was no mention of our special occasion. Overall the experience was very average and less than our expectations.

   We made a reservation for my boyfriend’s birthday. When we got there it took about 10 mins to even get seated. They couldn’t find a place for us so we had to go to the rooftop and only the bar and patio were open for some reason. When we sat down a waitress told us that the wait for food would be long (35+ mins) so we left. There was about a whole row of booths and all the booths upstairs that were open - what would the service be like if they were full? We also heard someone complaining about the food on our way out. Love Canadian Brewhouse - Hate this location!

   Went for the Tomahawk steak night and it was great! Quick service and the steaks were cooked fantastic! Will Definitley go to more of the special event nights as well as regular dining.

   Waiter was not friendly and seems she didn’t want to be there and took it out on the customers. When you asked for food - it took forever to come. When mentioned anything she disregarded it. It used to me really good but l won’t go again!

    They were terribly understaffed. Our server did the very best she could but just couldn't keep up. And while we were there they ran out of limes, donair meet and KETCHUP. The first 2 I can wrap my head around but ketchup? There is a grocery store in the same parking lot. Perhaps a manager could have ran over to get some???

    Terrible service. Had to go through 4 different servers just to get a cup of ice and that’s just the start. Had the wrong drinks all night, waited for our waitress constantly, and they were not nice at all.

    I had booked a reservation to eat on the patio. It was a gorgeous day. Patio was closed because they told us it would get too cold, ( they have heaters) so we had to sit inside and it was so loud we couldn’t hear anyone to visit. The large nachos was very small with very little cheese. The service was poor and was never offered a refill. Won’t be back

    I have been here a few times trying to give it a second chance and nothing has improved.. we go for wings every Wednesday at the Canadian brew house and the township location is the worst by far.. the wings always come out luke warm, sometimes cold.. the boneless taste chewy as if they have been sitting and re heated in the microwave.. I was hoping the food was going to get better over time but sadly it hasn't. I guess thats why its always dead in there! Take note from mahogany guys and get some better cooks!

    Requested an accessible table for a wheelchair in our reservation. This location does not have regular height tables. No one phoned us to inform us of this. Also, noise level extremely high. Very difficult to hear the conversation around the table.

    Thank you for keeping the music down in the dining area patio. Asked last visit feedback and this visit it was perfect. Really appreciate this as visiting with friends more pleasant. Our meals were great. Beer specials made the cost reasonable Love the patio!

    Food was great (crunchy chicken sandwich and brisket grill cheese). We sat at the roof top patio which had a backyard feel to it. It was around 30°c but the patio had water misters running so it was very comfortable. We went at 5pm, right in the middle of shift change, so was a little slow at first but once we had our final server, service was good.

    Very poor service- we were there more than 25 minutes before we got anything to drink. Several waitresses but the completely ignored us, finally I flagged one of them down and they told another waitress- it really wasn’t busy. It was very unorganized

    Excellent service and quick to have our appys and drinks to us. All six of us enjoyed our meal on the beautiful patio Only complaint was the music was too loud to hear conversations, actually asked 3 times to lower it. Not lowered!! That for us is a deterrant for going back again.

    Awful service. It took 1/2 to get our first drinks. 1 hr and 45 mins for waitress to even order 2nd drinks. 2 hrs to get 2nd drinks. Food was not going to be ready for another 1/2 hr. 2.5 hrs to get food from the time we ordered. We didn’t even get the appy’s at least to tie us over. All the tables were not even full. We were first ones there. We had grumpy hungry kids and adults. Ended up leaving without our food and went to Hudson’s and got our food and 2 drinks in 1/2 hr. We noticed new customers eating at their table when we left and they showed up way after us. Not happy with Legacy location. Not sure if we will go to Brewhouse again as it was one of our favorite places to go. Ruined our Father’s Day!!!!

    This was such a horrible experience. It took a while for the waitress to take drink orders when we first sat down and then again to order food. Who got their FOOD before the drink they had ordered 45 mins earlier (and asking about it several times)? This girl! It was absolutely ridiculous. The waitress didn’t even check in with us to make sure if we were okay or to let us know things are behind and we had to constantly flag her down. When the food came everyone got theirs except my husband and the waitress nevee even came back to check in so after 15 mins of waiting I again had to flag her down to ask if his foood was coming. My husband spoke to the manager because I was so upset. He did comp out whole meal but I will not being going there again based on this horrible experience. I would rather pay for my own food and enjoy it than have a horrible double date and free food. Next time - ill be going to the Windsor Rose. I cant even tell you how infuriating this whole experience was. And not only did We experience this but we noticed others around us upset as well. They really need to get their stuff together there…

    Service is slower than heck. Waited 30 minutes for a drink, server was frazzled. Appys were good but the burger was dry and dense and obviously a frozen patty. Completely over priced for what you get.

    Food was very good, but service was less so. It was a playoff night so was busy for sure, and starts came out with no issue. When we ordered a second (entree) round of food only half the food was delivered (after a 40 minute wait). When the server finally came around and was informed that we were missing half our entrees, she responded by saying that because one order at the table was “technically” and appetizer that’s why there was a delay with the other entree (which at this point had yet to be fired). The outstanding entree was cancelled and the we were pushed to order more food, because it would be free. So another snack was ordered and it was tasty. But when the bill arrived, there was no free entree only a 20% discount on non-special items pertained. Essentially I ordered a $18 starter, believing it would be comped (original order was $23) and then the final bill discount was only $13. IT WAS MISLEADING AND INCOMPETENT SERVICE.

    We had made a reservation for 17 people for my sons birthday. Upon arrival there was only a table for 12 people. The service was a bit slow but nothing crazy. However, the pub became busy and we ordered our food at 7pm it took over an hour for it to arrive (we all ordered at different times, it was a poutine and a burger ) and when it did arrive it was wrong. However we never seen our server again until it was time for us pay and leave (we had a minor with us) I'm going to assume this was a one off because of the hockey game.... but they should think about having more staff on for flames games. Overall, we may just stay going to the other locations in the future

    Slowest service ever! and it wasn't even busy.. waited an hour for food. (Scrambled eggs and hash browns…) Had to constantly track down our waiter to get any service. My order came out wrong and all of our food came out at different times so we didnt even eat together..
