   For my first time going there I thought it was very cool that we had a new bowling alley in victoria. I have been a long time bowler so I was actually quite surprised to find that the actual bowling lanes had a number of issues. One there was no lane dressing treatment on it, so the full motion of the ball would get very slow along the way and sometimes even stop before going into the pins. The scoring system on their computers definitely needs to be retweaked because the number of times people in my party hit a strike but it would only read as a score of 9. I think it'll be nice to have a few more options for weight of bowling balls as well. Would I recommend this place? Yes Well I continue to go there for bowling? Yes These are just a few pointers that I hope somebody can read and take to heart. I am very happy to have another bowling alley in Victoria city as opposed to driving to Langford.

   Had awful service right from the get go. Waited after being sat for 15 mins before being acknowledged. Food came out incorrectly and when asked to be made correctly, kitchen just added missing ingredient buy adding sauce on top and sending back out (wings). Tasted awful. Cost was high for what you got. All around disappointing experience. Will most likely not be back.

   The food did not come out all at once. One person would get their meal, basically finish it until the next person even got their meal. Just really awful timing.

   Might have just been because it was fight night (There was no warning when making the reservation about events going on) but the staff were horribly overworked, the bowling lane wasn't working properly, and everything was extremely overpriced.

   Great food. Excellent service by our server Kayleigh. A bit noisy but it was St. Patrick’s Day so to be expected. Will come again.

   We were called on the day of our reservation to say that one of our bowling lanes was no longer available. In fact, apparently, the person who took our reservation about a month ago marked us down for 2 lanes instead of 3. We'd been planning this event with our staff for a month. The manager said he couldn't do anything. I was not impressed.

   I understand Staffing issues continue everywhere still...however, when you have to look for Staff...not Okay... The menus need to be updated as "suggested by the Staff" some items are NO longer available? Our orders took longer than "normal" to be delivered to our table... Disappointing experience from the Table of 4 :( :( :( :)

    "Wait to be seated" but no one was around for 10 min. Left the reservation list at the stand with everyone's name and phone number visible for the public. Staff looked unhappy (more/less) group of them were always standing around the bar chatting and service was slow and underwhelming. I over tipped but not going back!

    I had a very bad, stressful experience doing bowling at the Canadian Brewhouse. We had very poor service. The staff weren’t helpful at all. They were badly organized. There was no one at the front desk to help us for long periods of time. We had to wait a very long time just to pay our bills, order food and ask for help. The front desk is way too small, and the bowling section is too small and too crowded. The person at the front desk was very slow to help us and get our bills ready. The servers also weren’t good about making sure the meals got delivered to the right person. The bowling area doesn’t have anywhere to sit during the bowling games. The bowling area also doesn’t have a designated space for people to put their shoes and coats. I will never come to the Canadian Brewhouse Pub again for bowling. I will go to the other bowling alleys in my city for bowling.

    The food was only ok and it was very loud. Need to pick a different time than supper hour if you want to hear people across from you. Was expecting a bit more flavor and hot fries for the meal.

    The server we got was absolutely lovely. A true angel. Unfortunately, the drinks were subpar and the other clientele were atrocious. The food was decent, but once we walked past the kitchen we put our leftovers down as there were dishes and fast food baskets on the floor that were being grabbed by kitchen staff to serve food with.

    I shared some nachos with a friend. They were tasty and came with a fair amount of guacamole and sour cream. Service was good, especially given it was Superbowl Sunday. Unfortunately I forget that I have new app to scan my bill for points. 😞

    It is a great place to watch the ufc fights the food is pretty good some of it is meh but the poutines and desserts are really good, the atmosphere is loud and there are many TVs

    Went for my partner’s birthday. I went twice ahead of time (a week before, and then again 2 days before) to ensure they would be able to provide a cake. They said they had it in the notes for the reservation. The day of, they did not do a cake, when I asked the waitress she said she had no idea it was for a birthday. Really disappointing. The service was good, cake aside, but there were only 2 servers we could see in the whole place, on a Friday night! So service was VERY slow. We had a second reservation for bowling after, but it ended up they were running over 30 minutes late, so we had to wait around. All in all, a disappointing experience.

    Managing bowling and service is challenging at the best of times. We had a great server who did her best with us. There isn't a lot of space for sitting and eating behind the lanes. It was fun energy though and I would recommend it.

    We went bowling on a Sunday afternoon. The bowling was very fun. However we did not get any service to order drinks or food. The cost for Sunday bowling is very reasonable and we had a good time. Service was not great.

    The bowling was fun and great! Even though we reserved a table there wasn't one ready for us. The table next to our lane was dirty from the group before and it took 45 minutes to get cleaned and for someone to take a drink order. They seemed very short staff. Once a shift change happened we had service and they were so lovely although they forgot one of our drinks. So overall not great but we will definitely try again because the bowling was fun! I would recommend for bowling but not for service unfortunately.

    It was the Wife’s Birthday, and my Birthday was the previous weekend, so we received the complimentary Tri-stacked Nachos and it was humongous and delicious. Thank you Canadian Brewhouse for an amazing evening.

    Excellent service and excellent Friday prime rib dinners (skip the salty peppercorn sauce!) They seem to have great waitresses and excellent kitchen staff able to handle special requests.

    Confusing layout to find your way to an unattended host station. After waiting 10+ minutes at the "please wait to be seated" desk (and making eye contact with several staff), we had to track down someone to greet and seat us. When we gave them the name on the reservation they pretended not to have it. We showed them proof of our registration on our phone and surprise, they found it. We were then seated at a table and left unserved. Our group waited another 15+ minutes and nobody came by to take our order or even offer us water. We left and found another bar. Complete waste of time.

    The waitress wasn’t concerned when we told her about our reservation.when I asked her 3 times for the same beer , I got a look. I know everyone is short handed now a days, so I took that in hand. It was on a Wednesday, the wings were there in less than 5 minutes and over cooked.

    I used open table to book a bowling experience for my friends birthday. When we arrived, they told us they didn’t have our reservation on file. We then waited 20 minutes to speak to a human and finally got a bowling lane and all the tables were dirty and not cleared- obviously there are staff shortages. Took 30 minutes to get a server to our table to order a drink and appie, they were out of lager and our server delivered our food while chewing her own food. Would likely not return.

    They were short staffed so they were unable to provide us with good service. Manager was amazing coming over to apologize. I am sure it would have been great if they have staff. Sorry to leave a poor review. I honestly feel if they had staff it would have been an amazing experience.

    Only thing I found to be wrong was the order of chicken wings. Very small only 8 wings for the very high price. No ware have I seem an order this small.
