The bowling alley sucked. We didn’t have to wear bowling shoes. Couldn’t reset pins. Tv was too loud. There should be a less loud table where people can actually talk.

Wr made a reservation online, when we arrived they had our name but did not make us a table reservation for some reason. They were able to push a couple tables together pretty quick for us. Not sure why they had the reservation but didn't do anything about it. The servers were great after the reservation fiasco. Lyly was wonderful.

We booked our table of 12 for a working meeting. I have been to the Canadian Brew House a number of times before. This was the only second time to the one in Victoria uptown. The management and staff are wonderful. We really liked it here as we were able to chat without any loud music playing. I have already booked a table of 20 for our upcoming seasonal lunch. Everyone enjoyed their food and drink. It is quite cool that they have a bowling alley here as well.

Wings were overpriced, but decent. Server was terrific. Venue was really cool. They played four Ke$ha songs in the 90 minutes we were there. That’s not good or bad… just weird.

Wonderful atmosphere and service. We threw a surprise party and it was the perfect setup - lots of room and good energy, plus lots of activities - blowing, batting cages.

It's a sports bar to the Max. TVs everywhere. Canucks score and the horn blows and red lights flash. Families welcome as are large groups. We managed as baseball fans to get a couple screens on the game. Bold, noisy and fun if your out for the game. Reservations are mandatory.

Food was out of this world good! Six of us were very happy with the quality and amount of food. however our server "sucked". sorry no other way to put it. asked three times for a drink menu. asked another two times for knifes and forks. Kinda hard to eat a 40 ounce steak with out a knife and fork. Just plain lazy in our opinion. to bad for her because we are big tippers when wee get good service!

Missed parts of my order that took over an hour and a half to finally show up. One was a kids meal. Service was terrible. They kept bringing us food for somebody else’s table over and over again. Couldn’t find the waitress anywhere nearby to get any refills of drinks or anything. Space was great but service was definitely locking.

We really like this place but it is very unorganized! We had a reservation for football but the area we were suppose to go to was closed so they moved us up to the top floor then about 30 minutes later they said it was going to be open but then someone else said it was going to be closed. There’s no communication between stuff and Management that was obvious. One of the service told us the beer taps weren’t working and then the other server said she hadn’t heard that and then another server came and said they were fine. Very unorganized and a lot of miscommunication. It seems like no one knows what they are doing.

Staff very disorganized. My partner got his meal 10 mins before mine. Mine was cold. The Mac and cheese side was one big lump. Inedible. The lobster was given without utensils to get meat out. The lobster tail was let’s say very “chewy” to be kind. Overall a great disappointment

The food was good, the service was good, preparation and presentation sucked. I think somebody forgot that we were eating lobster as there were no crackers although they claimed everything was pre-split (it wasn’t). Had to request, bibs, extra napkins, and when I asked him for a finger bowl, they looked at me like I was from another planet. And then, because of the screwy way that the receipts are written up, I had to have the manager come over and explain why the numbers were different between what I had paid and what I had been charged. Overall not a very good experience.

Lobsterfest: good value, a bit disorganized but it's the first time so good take aways. Staff and management great, accommodating. Thought the bowling alley was going to be loud and annoying but it wasn't.

This was the second time having dinner at this location. Food was great, showed up quick but when ordering I had trouble asking for something because I have a speech impediment and the server laughed at me. Like I'm 40 years old and it's 2023..... shouldn't people just accept no ones perfect anymore. Won't be back sadly

I booked a reservation at 9am as a surprise for a guest. I mentioned in the communication this was a surprise and to please not mention “table for 6” to just seat us. We get there and the hostess says table for 6, right this way. 😣 really!? Then the tables aren’t set and we’re standing there watching her move two tables together. So much for that surprise. Three guests perused the menu only to be told they were out of their selections. Like, oh my goodness. For 6 people, and the bill being at least $250, I’m expecting better. Our server was better, she arranged for dessert (luckily it wasn’t out).

The food lacked taste. I went on pasta day and we ordered a couple of dishes. It was late afternoon and not too busy. Neat concept with the batting cages. The food could have used some flavouring, any flavouring would have helped! Judging by the amount of people that were there at the time, not many were actually eating. I will go back again and try another dish as their menu is extensive and give them another try. Maybe they need to pair down the menu and create better with a smaller offering instead of trying to cater to all and falling short in the process.

It was ok but the waitress should have listened better especially when it came to paying even in the beginning she was told separate bills and then at the end we all said the same thing but one member of our group said one bill. That should have not happened period that is not her decision I was really upset by that. A couple of times she didn’t listen and did what she wanted to do. We are group moas and didn’t need to be told by a young girl on what we should.

I think that if I was in the age group of from 20 to 30, I'd enjoy this place. Sadly, I am not, so I couldn't exactly get beyond mediocre service, and food that didn't offer much flavour or anything beyond the ordinary. I mean, when I see food being offered for essentially $22 for a burger, the food needs to be top-notch. This was not the case.

The serve looked so miserable. She didn’t come check on our table once. No water, didn’t ask if we wanted another drink, didn’t ask how we were doing, nothing. She kept disappearing inside for awhile and other servers had to go to her tables. At one point I had to go inside to order a drink. She had another table of young guys that she seemed to care more about. Also has to send our food back twice as it was wrong both times. I’ve heard bad things about the service here and it a shame to actually have that be true. However the other servers seemed super friendly and attentive. Overall tho our server was just unfriendly and disappointing.

I was very impressed with the rooftop patio. Easy access for those with mobility issues. The menu had lots of choices & the food was delicious. Would recommend to anyone. Going in the week, it’s nice & quiet as everyone is working .

I was charged for NA Beverage fee of $7.98 What is that for? I spoke to six people before we got a table that apparently wasn’t set for us but in the end two staff let us have the table set up for us which didn’t have anyone seated at. I made my reservation well in advance. Many annoying things during my first visit here and spending $200 gave me the grumps, luckily although everyone commented how loud it was. My guests had fun in the end. I will recommend to others with caution.
