    the lower level was blocked off and closed...... Had to climb the stairs to the patio ( was difficult for my friend that recently had a total hip replacement ) no one to greet to check in.... someone walked by and said just grab a seat anywhere....all the tables were dirty with leftover food... had to wait a long time for any service.... asked to have table wiped and wet cloth used dripped through holes on table onto our clothing..... eventually ordered drinks and food... long wait then only a small portion of food arrived , there were four of us so waited for others to receive their food before eating.... after a long wait we were told food was dropped and they had to prepare our order again..... once food arrived the food was acceptable...... I normally enjoy this restaurant and go there often.... this was not the best experience .... it seems it is getting harder to get professional well trained staff

    It was all good but the amount of fly flying around while we are eating are so annoying. I hope the restaurant do something about it. Because we love dining in here but those flies keep on going into our drink/ food.

    Went to the BrewHouse to watch an NFL game on Sunday night. Game was a blow out, but good and service was excellent. Four of us shared appetizers, then had dinner. The appetizers were plentiful and food was hot when served. Had Caesars in a tall glass - excellent. Good for a casual night out with friends. Also they paid attention to my reservation request for a table, not a booth - thank you. Kevin

    Considering the restaurant was not busy, server was slow to come and ask us for our drink and food orders. Food was slow coming out. And server was not attentive as we constantly had to wave someone down to help us. Very disappointed. I very much dislike having to write a poor review but I do think management should address their staff about their slow and inattentive service.

    While this is still the best place, above and beyond, for Pub food and service, when they do not have the lower level open it is very difficult for those of us that are "mobility challenged" to get up their steep stairs. And no elevator. They do this because their Patio is on the top floor. And a great, great Patio. Despite taking forever to navigate their stairs, I still love this place. But I will be not be attending as frequently until the downstairs opens up again.

    Always have a great time at the CBH events. Staff are great and friendly. Had an issue with our order taking over an hour however the manager made it right and we were were pleased with the outcome. Looking forward to going back for more events at CBH.

    Enjoyed a lovely evening with friends on the Rooftop Terrace. The waitress was friendly as well as helpful and our individual food choices were delicious. The guys enjoyed their beer and the ladies enjoyed the house wine. Good choice!

    The server was nice and polite however the service was pretty poor. Had to ask for basic items, spoons to stir coffee, my meal was completely wrong but since it was a free Mother’s Day one I ate it. I asked for a pop at one point and never got it but it was on the bill, until we asked for it to be removed. Just not the best.

    It was great to watch the playoff game on the patio even though it was a bit chilly. They were training new staff and it was visible with the service as well as how long the food took. Not a bad thing as we've been there before when they've had to do a mass hiring and you just have to put up with slightly slower service but the experience is always great

    Went with my family for the oilers game. Staff was friendly and provided great service, they had great prices and the atmosphere was fun. Wings were great and we really enjoyed the nachos!

    Made a reservation earlier in the week. Got a call back to confirm reservations. We get there and they argue with us saying there are no reservations at all. Finally they tell us just to go upstairs. Then we stand there for a while. Finally go up to the bar and the guys says sit anywhere there is not a reserved sign. Wow. Hard to get service. Kids running around like crazy on a Saturday night. We did not stay long

    When we got there we went for the Oilers game. All was good at the beginning. The food was good. And the server came by and checked on us at the beginning. Once 3rd period hit. She never came to our table again. She would serve the tables around us. And when we would try to flag her down she would just keep going. We had to go to the bar to order more drinks. Making the ending of our visit very unpleasant.

    Our food was over a 90 minute wait. Then finally 4 dishes came out, but 2 people had to wait another 10 minutes for their dishes. A couple dishes were missing ingredients but we didn’t dare complain because we already waited so long for our dishes to come out. It was family day with the kids eat free promo and was very busy so we understand that it was going to be a bit of a wait but over 90 minutes while eating with children is unacceptable.

    It was a busy Saturday night with an Oilers game and UFC, place was packed. Still had prompt service and food came in good time and tasted great. I’d definitely head here again with the boys on a game night.

    My husband and I went on Remembrance Day, they were offering free brunch for Military members. What a great idea, we truly appreciated being recognized for our service of 35 and 33 years in the Canadian Military. Food was good, we brought our 2 granddaughters, they enjoyed the kids menu and spending time with Nannie and Grampie.

    Reserved a table for 10 for my daughters birthday. Our food was disgusting. We complained 3 times, the servers bringing food out from kitchen were not friendly at all!!! Perogies came out burnt, the wings were absolutely disgusting… barely any meat on them. The next day when I went to eat my leftover shepherds pie there was plastic in my mashed potatoes (I have a picture). This isn’t our normal brewhouse location we frequent the Ellerslie one, but because my daughter wanted to eat in we went to Windermere because Ellerslie doesn’t allow children. We will never be returning to this location. Our waitress however was nice. The rest was an absolute trash experience and ruined my daughters birthday supper.

    The evening didn’t start out the best but the matter was completely addressed and they treated us amazing and everything was over above and beyond for my daughter’s 18th birthday!! We loved everything and love coming there thanks for the best night!!!
