   The server was nice and polite however the service was pretty poor. Had to ask for basic items, spoons to stir coffee, my meal was completely wrong but since it was a free Mother’s Day one I ate it. I asked for a pop at one point and never got it but it was on the bill, until we asked for it to be removed. Just not the best.

   It was great to watch the playoff game on the patio even though it was a bit chilly. They were training new staff and it was visible with the service as well as how long the food took. Not a bad thing as we've been there before when they've had to do a mass hiring and you just have to put up with slightly slower service but the experience is always great

   Went with my family for the oilers game. Staff was friendly and provided great service, they had great prices and the atmosphere was fun. Wings were great and we really enjoyed the nachos!

   Made a reservation earlier in the week. Got a call back to confirm reservations. We get there and they argue with us saying there are no reservations at all. Finally they tell us just to go upstairs. Then we stand there for a while. Finally go up to the bar and the guys says sit anywhere there is not a reserved sign. Wow. Hard to get service. Kids running around like crazy on a Saturday night. We did not stay long

   When we got there we went for the Oilers game. All was good at the beginning. The food was good. And the server came by and checked on us at the beginning. Once 3rd period hit. She never came to our table again. She would serve the tables around us. And when we would try to flag her down she would just keep going. We had to go to the bar to order more drinks. Making the ending of our visit very unpleasant.

    Our food was over a 90 minute wait. Then finally 4 dishes came out, but 2 people had to wait another 10 minutes for their dishes. A couple dishes were missing ingredients but we didn’t dare complain because we already waited so long for our dishes to come out. It was family day with the kids eat free promo and was very busy so we understand that it was going to be a bit of a wait but over 90 minutes while eating with children is unacceptable.

    It was a busy Saturday night with an Oilers game and UFC, place was packed. Still had prompt service and food came in good time and tasted great. I’d definitely head here again with the boys on a game night.

    My husband and I went on Remembrance Day, they were offering free brunch for Military members. What a great idea, we truly appreciated being recognized for our service of 35 and 33 years in the Canadian Military. Food was good, we brought our 2 granddaughters, they enjoyed the kids menu and spending time with Nannie and Grampie.

    Reserved a table for 10 for my daughters birthday. Our food was disgusting. We complained 3 times, the servers bringing food out from kitchen were not friendly at all!!! Perogies came out burnt, the wings were absolutely disgusting… barely any meat on them. The next day when I went to eat my leftover shepherds pie there was plastic in my mashed potatoes (I have a picture). This isn’t our normal brewhouse location we frequent the Ellerslie one, but because my daughter wanted to eat in we went to Windermere because Ellerslie doesn’t allow children. We will never be returning to this location. Our waitress however was nice. The rest was an absolute trash experience and ruined my daughters birthday supper.

    The evening didn’t start out the best but the matter was completely addressed and they treated us amazing and everything was over above and beyond for my daughter’s 18th birthday!! We loved everything and love coming there thanks for the best night!!!

    Booked for a table of 11 people. The table was not set up for us at the time we booked. It was not busy so there was no reason the table could be ready. There was hairs in my food. I downloaded the app so I could get free cheese bread. Showed the waitress when I ordered the cheese bread. When we got the bill I was charged the $18 for the free bread. I told the waitress about this and she would not refund me.

    The place wasn’t were busy and the staff decided to crank the sound up for the hockey game. So loud that it was hard to hear what the other person across the table was saying! When the game was over, the staff decided to crank the music up even louder which made it even more impossible to hear what you were saying. We were going to have another drink but decided to leave because of the music. Clearly staff have no idea how to create an atmosphere that is welcome which I why this was the last straw in my business at this establishment! Been disappointed the last 5 times. Recognize who your customers are. Not all of them are in their 20’s! There are families and older folks as well. Poor management.

    The food was delicious but it was excessively loud as there was a soccer match on that day. It was also extremely cold there. All of our guests had to leave periodically to go outside to warm up. Service was mediocre. We had to make the same requests several times to sometimes receive what we asked for. We ordered off of the lunch menu and were charged the evening menu pricing.

    Been going here for the last 4 playoff games in a row.. if it weren't for the ambience/ atmosphere, we would've chosen some place else to go. The specials especially the tacos yesterday were a joke.. DONT put items on special if you're going to compromise on the quantity and quality. The tacos had two teeny tiny bits of chicken (smallest I've ever seen) and the little piece of fish on the tacos was a joke. It's much fuller on the other days. Makes zero sense. Server forgot to ask for/bring napkins with food, no water, only kept pushing shots and ' manager's special' where you buy one drink and the manager buys you the second one except the one you buy is $12.99 for a small glass and the free drink in the same small glass tasted like cough syrup. The pucks we got last 3 times were 8, 23 and 16. Not even on the roster lol. Heard from a fin who knows a server that you have to know someone there to get the good pucks (97,29,91, etc.). Have to start looking at other options cause clearly Brewhouse doesn't appreciate our business.
