    My friends and I met for brunch - first time at the Canteen for all of us. Two of us had the fish cakes and they were superb. My other friend had Huevos Rancheros and he said it was great. The service was excellent. Only somewhat negative issue was the high noise level. We want to go back for lunch.

    I found food and service great, the noise level made it difficult to talk to people at the same table. However the restaurant was full on a Friday night so to be expected.

    We had another great experience at The Canteen. Greeted, seated, and cocktails all done promptly. Their new Summer menu and cocktails has started. The Evergreen Margarita and King Tide Negroni are so summertime refreshing. The Scallop & Asparagus Risotto is a "must try". Staff are tremendous....thank you all. Highly recommend The Canteen.
