Attentive busboy, very long wait for food. Great breadbasket! Steak overdone, salmon so-so. Everything overpriced. Waiter talked me out of my first choice of entree, wasn't thrilled with salmon. Everything seemed like an upsell.

We went for my husbands birthday and the whole staff was wonderful. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and our dinner. We will be back.

While I had dined at another The Capital Grille location before (Washington, DC), I have been eager to try the location in Louisville. The restaurant is beautiful, the service was excellent, and the food was great. The ambiance in the bar area where we ate was great, the appropriate amount of liveliness for a Saturday night. I recommend for anyone looking for a delicious steak, although their non steak items looked great as well.

This was my first time at this restaurant. It looks great inside, service was excellent, they knew how to make great cocktails and my french onion soup, filet mignon with truffle butter, cheesecake and coffee were superb. One of my friends is a big fan but for the other two, it was also, their first time. Everyone was impressed. Some may think it is a bit pricey but it is on a par with other restaurants in Louisville of this calibre. Will definitely go back.

The food was delicious as always but what made the night was the service from Shameeka. She was both attentive and courteous and then surprised us with a complimentary congratulations dessert! She exhibited outstanding service for us and we walked away feeling valued as a customer. Well done Shameeka!!
