Always a great time at CG. There was an issue with our table being ready when we arrived and the staff did a great job getting us seating quickly during a very busy period. The also comped our appetizer and dessert.

We have been going to Capital grille for years and have never been disappointed with a high quality friendly service and of course the scrumptious food This was for my wife's birthday and the brought out a delicious dessert plate for us. The manager Mike came over in a very busy time and made a special visit to see us ..... that is quality customer service Stephanie our waitress was phenomenal

Everything was up to par just isn’t the same when Gustavo isn’t there. But Richard was very accommodating. I have been complaining about how cold it has been in there. The last few times we went to dinner I stopped the manager Kristen and told her I was freezing she is the only person that actually did something about it. I don’t know how but I appreciate it the other managers when I were there before we’re not accommodating at all about it.
