   Lovely!! From the front door till we departed could not have improved on anything!! Valet parking, cute friendly hostesses and Armano our server was the epitome of professionalism. And then the food and wine list were incomparable—just as I expected from Capitol Grill!

   Matteo took great care of us, Martini serve table side and it was just right, perfectly cooked Filet and Ribs eyes, and the coconut cream pie was delicious.

   We were seated in the wine cellar. Service was stellar. Food outstanding in every respect. Steaks cooked perfect. High quality exceptional experience. Very high price point, but worth it for sure. Never mind spending on fine dining but that comes with very high expectations. The Capital Grille in Salt Lake exceeded our expectations.

   We had a wonderful experience at Capital Grille. I perform with the Ballet West Orchestra and our server made sure to have us finished with our dinner in time to get to the theater in time. The food was delicious. Our favorite side was the Cauliflower Au Gratin.

    My wife and I went for a Valentines lunch. The restaurant was not very busy which made for a nice quiet lunch. Our waiter was very nice but he forgot to put in our appetizer order. He did apologize and did not charge us for it but it came out with our meal. The food was wonderful was always and they gave my wife a red rose along with chocolate covered strawberries after our meal. That was a nice touch.

    The service, ambiance, food, and drinks are wonderful. Our food was prepared and cooked perfectly. The drinks are strong (as strong they can be in Utah) and the service was great. Sure, it costs more than an Outback Steakhouse but you get what you pay for here. Definitely worth trying if you're looking for a high-end eatery that isn't Ruth Chris.

    Great dinner before the ballet. Service was outstanding as was the bone in ribeye we shared. Calamari was spicy and good. I gave the clam chowder an A!

    For the price I expect the food to be much better than it was. The sides are just ok, the steak didn’t have a ton of flavor and the dessert was just ok. It Should all be excellent for the price tag.

    Welcome to Salt Lake City Capital Grill!!! Covid put a dent in dining, let alone nice higher end dining in this city. My wife and I have eaten in Capital Grills in DC, Miami, Miami, San Francisco, Las Vegas etc and we LOVE the consistency of FOOD quality and service. We anticipate being semi-regular customers when we are in town. THANK YOU Autumn D for a great evening. You're a star :)

    We were seated promptly, we’re not hurried at all, received our food in a timely and I rushed manner, and most of all totally enjoyed it. It’s pricey but the food and service were over the top.

    Finally a good meal, nice atmosphere, and impeccable service. After a week of restaurant misses, my friend and I were so glad we found Capital Grill. The food was excellent, and the fresh dessert was fantastic! Lucy was our wonderful server that went above and beyond for us. On our next trip to Utah, we will be back!

    I have been to several on the east coast, made the reservation as I knew what to expect with the food, however, I must say that I was blown away with the level of attention to detail that they took from greeting upon entry to dinner and the menu with the style of the way we wanted to eat. Truly amazing service and the food was above expectations.

    Bill was attentive, kind and welcoming! I ordered oysters, along with a filet and a field greens salad. Everything was great! Oysters were amazing! Salad was nice n fresh, loved the Parmesan vinaigrette. Filet was cooked just right and was so tender. Awesome experience, awesome staff and awesome food. Can’t wait to dine in again!

    Had a quick dinner before heading to the airport. Gabbie waited on us and he was very personable and attentive to our needs. The aged New York was wonderful. Would definitely return when in SLC.

    From the moment we walked in we were welcomed in. They treated us like celebrities and we are not… the bartender, our waitress, everyone was very professional and kind. The food is excellent! They surprised us with special birthday plates and desserts for our birthdays… so amazing… Even if you are not celebrating a birthday, the experience is first class! Will recommend to everyone!

    We arrived in the late afternoon on a rainy day. It was a quiet, relaxing meal before our flight. Our server, Lucy was fantastic. She was attentive and friendly. The French onion soup was perfect for the weather. The salads were lightly dressed and delicious. The bread was hot & fresh and the wine was great.
