    Groups of 9 or more are required to dine on our set "Experience" menu. Join us for a 4-course meal that will impress you and leave you satisfied. We start off our menu with Korean fried cauliflower and blistered shishito peppers. Following this comes our smoked bacon Caesar and salmon tartare. Next is our "Pitmaster Platter" which includes; brisket, burnt ends, St. Louis style pork ribs, pulled pork, cheddar jalapeno sausage, and fried chicken. Accompanied with collard greens, coleslaw, pickles and crispy french fries. Finally, we serve you a delicious dessert platter of brownie bites, banoffee pie, caramel popcorn, candied bananas and a drizzle of caramel.

    Party of 4. First timers at the Carbon Bar and it was amazing. Very unique and welcoming space. Super friendly staff and so knowledgeable about all food and drinks. A wonderful hint of hickory and maple smoke hangs in the air (not overwhelming). You just knew they would have a great whiskey tasting menu and that is an understatement. Best bbq I have ever had in Canada. Brisket 10, dry ribs 10, jalapeño corn bread was out of this word. Southern portions for sure. Drinks, wine list and food way under the average for price for a night out in Toronto. Our guests loved it. Lots on the menu for non BBQ lovers as well. A must go!

    We were served frozen cake. :( it as tasty but for the price should’ve been a better experience.

    I took my husband here for dinner on his birthday. We experienced happy hour where we got to try almost all the apps on the menu. Everything was 10/10. My husband ordered the smokin manhattan and he said it was perfect. We shared the carbon burger and it was very delicious. The fries were crispy yet tender - how fries should be. For dessert, our server Sula recommended the Kentucky derby pie which was amazing!!! Never had anything like this. We will definitely be coming back and bringing family and friends!

    I think I may have discovered my favorite restaurant in Toronto. Firstly, my server, Ishmet, was absolutely wonderful. He engaged in conversation to help me choose and even accommodated my request for a substitute item on the meat platter. I thought i would come for a hurried dinner but the food was sooo good! The meat was tender and tasty! I even enjoyed the bread that came with the pastrami carpaccio appetizer—perfectly buttered and toasted! The carrot cake dessert was the perfect bow to wrap up the night. I was truly impressed by the 3-course meal. The ambience was also great even if dimly-lit. As a solo diner, I appreciated that I was not made to eat at the bar or in any awkward section which truly gladdened my heart. I can’t wait to come back and sample something else. Thanks for the impeccable hospitality, TCB! ⭐️

    My wife and I had a reserved a table at 6:30 PM on 22nd August 2024. The both of us chose the $55/Person 3-Course Meal Option. Between the 2 of us, we ordered the Caesar Salad and Empanadas for Appetizers, BBQ Plate and BBQ Trout for the Mains, and the Carrot Cake and Toffee Brownie for Desserts. We had some Mocktails and also ordered the Shishito Peppers with our Appetizers. The food was great, though I didn't really enjoy the Carrot Cake. I mean, I have had a lot of better one's in the past so this one, seemed average to me. I doubt it was made in house, so cannot fault the Carbon Bar for it. The rest of the food was delicious. I do have to give a shout out to our Server who was amazing. Unfortunately, I did not get her name but I would like to thank her for the great service she provided us. She was friendly, attentive and treated us wonderfully. Her service really pushed our experience to a 100. Made me forget about the Carrot Cake for a bit. Haha. The 2 of us will definitely be back. Great place for Date Night.

    Hands down easily the best ribs I’ve ever had. The Pork Belly appetizer is full of flavour and large enough for a meal. The Carbon Burger was full of flavour and lived up to the hype. The atmosphere was great and so was the service. It’s priced on the higher end, but you definitely get the most bang for your buck with the portions. This is a must go restaurant!
