At The Charcuterie Bar, all our charcuterie is either made in house by our incredible culinary team or sourced locally from vendors we are proud to showcase. We have a few chef curated boards and an extensive à la carte selection. Our breads are made in house, along with our pickles, mustards, bibs and bobs--because that’s the Fat Sparrow way! No piles of grapes or dry frozen bread, just artisanal meats and cheese.
Enjoy a wine flight or choose from our robust selection of wines, beers and bubbles to satisfy any thirst. Our team is here to help you navigate our menu and have put together a list of their current favourites. All of our bottles are available for purchase to take home at our feature bottle shop price.
We carry a modest selection of spirits that will grow as we evolve. The classic Negroni is our feature libation perfect as an aperitif or an after dinner drink and also available as a mocktail using Lyre's crafted dry spirits.

The cheeses and meats were excellent as were the relishes and chutnies. The smoked trout salad was very special and I highly recommend it. The maple pie tart was also delicious. All things considered, the prices are a little on the high side, but I would certainly recommend the overall experience.

We chose The Full Feast which was a great selection of tasty meats & cheeses. So happy we added their Chicken Liver Mousse which is outstanding! Absolutely delicious! Great wine list too. We enjoyed a 1/2 bottle of their Ramsay Cab Sauv. Such a reasonable dinner for two with a wonderful wine selection. Great ambience. Fantastic service. We'll be back with friends next time.

Generous portions for charcuterie board and beef tartare. The first taste on the tartare was mustard so that could be lessened and add a bit of hot sauce/Tabasco, general kick to the preparation. I have eaten a lot of tartare so I feel I come from experience on my palate.

We had Crystal as our 'experience guide' and had such a nice time with her! She really made our whole visit special. (Thank you, Crystal!) Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant if you're into trying an incredible variety of meats and cheese. The presentation is lovely and you can tell a lot of thought goes into curating the finest and most savoury foods.

Fresh Oysters, Shrimp Cocktail, Baked Brie, Full Feast Board and also the Beverly Creek Beef Tartare not pictured here but also amazing! Add in a couple of bottles of wine (highly recommend the 3404 Blend), great friends and so many laughs! Oh and of course the absolute best food prep and service!

We had our book club meeting there on a Tuesday evening. Ambience was perfect - it was quiet so we could easily converse, and pick away at the absolutely delicious selections.

Took my wife there for a dinner after Valentines Day. About half full. Seemed to be only one server so a bit slow but not in a great hurry. Server accidently spilled my beer on the table and stated he would get me a cloth and new napkin. Delayed 8 min and after we reminded him, he did solve the problem. Food was very good and very interestingly presented. Both my wife's wine and my beer were very good. Because the room was half full (all near the back) we were a bit cool. I felt sorry for the waiter because he seemed stretched. The owners have done a great job of redesigning the old Stone Crock Restaurant. I would highly recommend this restaurant to others who like great cheese and meat charcuterie.

I love this place. This was our 2nd time here. My wife and I had a table right beside the fireplace for Valentines Day.
The ambience is so nice. The lighting, the decor, the fire, the bar are all perfect.
Great place for a date night or dinner and drinks with friends.
