    We were celebrating her birthday for a 86-year-old lady and it was perfect. Kayla was our server, she was extraordinary. She took care of our every need, and then some. All of us really enjoyed our entrées and we thank you very much for the special touch with the birthday cake with candles. Perfect is an understatement. Thank you.

    This location is always attentive to our needs. Food is always quality. Only negative is the tables are a little too close to one another, which limits some conversation.

    Service was excellent especially for a Father’s Day lunch. Thanks to making reservations via Open Table we were seated immediately. The server Reece was amazing. Our drinks were refilled as needed with no waiting and looking around for our server. The steaks were cooked perfectly- the only negative was the salads were warm and watery which is unusual for Chop House. The Chop House continues to be one of my favorite restaurants!

    Our reservation time was exactly what we requested. Our server was friendly and very efficient. Despite the very busy time (Father’s Day)we never felt rushed. Our food was delivered very quickly and was exceptionally well prepared.

    Had a birthday lunch for my sister. Mya was excellent and went above and beyond, especially when we had 2 last minute guests show up. Food was excellent, as always, and everyone enjoyed the whole experience!

    Food was good, had the ribeye. Not amazing but good. The ambiance could be improved. Steak knives were rather thin and on the cheap side. Plastic table cloths, really? Might be a good idea to use a higher quality table setting, this is supposed to be a higher end steak house after all. Overall no major complaints, the service was excellent with very friendly staff. They had run out of wine glasses but I guess that's understandable since is was mother's day and pretty packed.

    Even on a busy Mother's Day, they took us back to our reserved table right on time and was promptly greeted by a server. Food was perfect temperature and prepared as ordered. Everything was delicious and it was an enjoyable family meal.

    One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. We had Filet Mignon and Salmon and every bite was delicious. We also had fantastic dessert. Service was excellent as well. Happy Mothers Day to the 3 of us!

    Have eaten here 2 times now. The difference between the two occasions were night and day. First occasion was a Thursday night, not busy. My husband is celiac and we go out very few places as he has to be super careful. That night we were seated and informed waitstaff of his condition. They immediately said they would let manager know and that they would bring gluten free menu. Manager came to table with GF menu. Asked if any other allergies were present. He then checked on the daily special to see if they could make that gluten free. Super attentive. Bar staff brought out Sambuca with a lime. 1st time, then after we asked about coffee beans brought out second drink with a 1/4 of beans on the side. Food was spectacular. Next we came in a Saturday, moderate busy. Waitstaff was covering several tables. We asked for a gluten free menu, we waited about 15 minutes to get it, after asking server again. Husband ordered a salad with his meal. We were brought salads and husbands had fried noodles on it. We asked if it was gluten free and food runner said he did not know. So we asked for one without. After everyone had finished their salads, husband still did not have salad, so flagged down waitstaff and she ran to get one for him. Food was served. Husband ordered rainbow trout. The fish looked and tasted like tilapia. He ate it, as he was hungry and waitstaff was super busy. Manager walked by at this time, after we had pretty much finished our food. He kinda breezed by checking on tables. We did not volunteer info. The Caramel cookie my daughter and I shared was amazing. So most of food was good. My advice is to visit when they are not busy, and be super specific about what you order.
