   We have arrived on Sunday for the brunch. There was a live band playing lively Irish music which we absolutely loved. Food was delicious and the service top notch. I would definitely recommend The Common Stove.

   Overall we were very pleased and satisfied with out Common Stove dining experience. The server was efficient, friendly, polite and suitably attentive. The ambience is excellent - nicely laid out, tastefully decorated and bright & cheery. A bonus was professional musical entertainment provided by two very talented musicians who provided Irish style music and song. My only quibble is a minor one but somewhat disappointing all the same given the otherwise attention to detail and the not inexpensive menu - two of us ordered fried eggs over easy and over well respectively. Both orders arrived sunny side up and some of the white quite liquid. We decided not to ask for replacement to avoid delay and our meals being out of sync with the others who received theirs at the same time. The meals were otherwise excellent.

   A lovely experience overall. The wait staff was very supportive and knowledgeable and the food was fantastic, The owners both took the time to come and talk to us. We were treated very well.

   I follow a pescatarian diet. The Halibut was simply fantastic. I have never tasted roasted Romaine, it was so good! Two others had your fillet, their words were, "the best steak we ever had". We will return and have already told others.

   We were there for a birthday gathering. The atmosphere and food were fantastic; combined with personable staff the Common Stove in Orillia is a must add to the list of places of interest to eat. 👍👍

    The restaurant was fantastic, the food was amazing and they encourage you to share dishes, which was fun. The steak was done to perfection, the beef bread was out of this world and don’t get me started on the sticky toffee pudding. All in all it was a great evening and I’ve already made reservations for the next time we visit Orillia. What a gem in Orillia.

    Food was great. Noisy like a soup kitchen, and way to expensive for the portion size. Yelling out orders from the kitchen to servers was horrible and distracting. We will never go there again.

    First time visitors. Very good good and atmosphere. A couple pastas dishes to choose from would be amazing but as it stands it was still amazing. Will definitely be back.

    From the minute you walk in…it’s a wonderful experience. The staff are upbeat and super friendly! The food is exceptional! Every appetizer to main course is perfect. We ordered the porterhouse steak and 4 of us spit it with sides. If you love steak, this is a treat!!! Highly recommend!

    Great food, service and atmosphere was great. Will return again and again. Staff was friendly. If you haven’t gone you should- Common Stove does not disappoint. Exceeds expectations. Come from Barrie and it’s worth the drive.

    We went out for Valentine’s Day and the meal was delicious as always. The Edmond Fitzgerald is my favourite drink I’ve ever had. I highly recommended it. The service is excellent. If you find yourself in Orillia, this restaurant is the place to go!

    We arrived for our seating time and they immediately brought us to our seats… no wait. Our server was very pleasant the whole time we were there. The food was excellent and we enjoyed ourselves since this was our first time there. Definitely very happy overall and we return many more times in the future

    Coffee too strong and I like strong coffee. Biscuits overcooked and bland. Bacon over cooked. Salad full of spoiled bad greens with bland dressing. Holindaise also bland. Poached eggs perfect. Banana French toast amazing a little too much maple sauce , don't like to waste it. Server needed training on payment protocol. Very sweet girl though.
