   Great location with wonderful views. DJ was spinning excellent music. The food was very good. The service started out very personable then petered out to barely adequate. The best part was a great party atmosphere that permeated the entire place. I would go back.

   The Deck at Island Gardens was a wonderful experience. The sax, drums, and fire performances were amazing. We ordered the 2lb snapper and sides that were delicious. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. We waited 20 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. Once we were seated, our server took another 20 minutes to get our drinks and food order. She never came and checked through the service or refilled our drinks or water. The terrible service was overshadowed by the ambiance and performances. I would visit again and hopefully get some better service.

    The vibe is nice however my reservation was at 7 and we did not receive the food til about 9:30. Our waiter was not attentive at all and was not checking in. Literally had to wait for him to walk pass to catch his attention and remind him that we need service. The food was not good at all after waiting 2 hours the food was cold. And to put the icing on the cake Valet lost my brothers car keys and management gave him $20 which he payed for parking as reimbursement for the inconvenience. Simply ridiculous.     We went on Mother’s Day and I loved the fact that even though it was a hip location there were ppl of all ages there to enjoy the sights and sounds. People were dressed well and I loved that as well! There was awesome live entertainment! It can get extremely loud especially if you’re seated close to a speaker. We asked to change our original table and we were able to move and that was awesome we had the best seats to view all the entertainment! The drinks were great especially the signature cocktails. The sides are portioned for 1 person so order a few! We had broccolini, asparagus and the whipped potatoes they all tasted great. The pizza was large and tasty. The arugula salad could have been larger and it was just ok. The salmon was good. The grilled octopus was good and a good sized portion. The prawns were good but small portion. The bronzino was also good. I tried 2 desserts both were insanely sweet! And o love sweets! I tried tres Leche which had an awesome presentation but it was two sweet , it tastes like condensed milk. I also tried the guava cheesecake too sweet and the guava taste was over powering.

    We are 2 people the server only bring us fork, there is not knife on the table, when we ask another server to bring us knife, he took rest of fork left and he didn’t even look at the tables, we sat there waiting for 10 minutes, one girl brought us knife then server came by we asked him again for forks, I guess they were very busy that was why they can not take care so many guess at the same time, 2 hour limit time for brunch for $215 is kind of pricy，I never write a bad review but this time we didn’t have good experience

    Es un lugar en teoría de buena comida buen ambiente y buen servicio, pero al parecer más se promueve el lindo paisaje más que una buena comida con buen servicio. En general esta bien pero no es nada bonito que pagando la cuenta por mas de $100 promedio por persona tengas que salir pronto porque el seating time es 2 horas máximo.

    I took my mother for Mother’s Day brunch. I could not have asked for a better experience. Lulu and Ernesto were the perfect team. They made my mom and me feel very special. The music was perfect. The noise level was perfect. Also, while going through the Buffay, all of the servers were very polite. Not to mention one of the best atmospheres in Miami. Thank you, we will return

    Everything was great - service, food, atmosphere and etc. Just the music was a little too loud since we were sat next to the speaker. We could hardly talk to the person next to us. Our waitresses tried to get the music turned down to the best of her ability which we were very thankful for.

    We had Sunday brunch on Mother’s Day. The raw bar was excellent along with the grilled food that was being cooked in front of you. Our server was Ash and he did a awesome job. We will ask for him the next time we go to brunch there.

    The meats were over cooked. 3 lattes and 2 cokes in a regular can was $40. The seafood spread wasn't extensive. The waiter was good and the desserts were good. The paella had way too much saffron that the rice looked orange instead of yellow. Quality not worth the price they charge per person for the buffet.

    A last minute find and we were blown away! Dined yesterday for my birthday and the view was beautiful! The DJ had a great set and the performances were fun! I have already recommended this place to about 20 people and will definitely be visiting soon!

    We really enjoy the ambiance.. beautiful place. Food was just ok. My lobster ravioli were delicious. My mom's fish was just ok. The best part was the whipped potatoes...to die for. Price for the the meal was a little too high for the food. But the place and service makes it worth it.

    Great place if you are looking for an energetic environment. Dj comes on around 8 and it gets much louder- so not a quiet place but very energetic party vibe with a classy touch. The food was exceptional, the salad was questionable but we will let that pass lol. Try their pizzas and Branzino was great

    When you first get there it doesn’t look very nice until you get to the back. We were seated quickly and the waiter came by right away to take our drink orders. We ordered the Biscayne Breeze and were told they were out of the ingredients. So we ordered the islander. We didn’t really like the drink just tasted like rum. We then ordered our food. The food came out preach quickly. Most of what we ordered was really except for the roasted chicken. It was a little dry and didn’t have much flavor. For desert we got the guava cheesecake which was really good. Overall we had a good time. The portions a very small for what you pay.

    My wife and I enjoyed our reservation at Deck at Island Gardens. Ash and Jeffrey treated us with so much enthusiasm. We were extremely happy. We ate and drank everything they recommended. The ambiance was beautiful. Everyone was so friendly. We will be back.

    Music style not my preference for a dining environment. Would prefer more of a lounge style. Not sure why there was a large clothing rack at one of the tables. Seemed out of place to be doing a clothing sale/presentation. Location is amazing. Especially at sunset time.

    Service was terrible. We had to make our own drinks, we had to keep asking for glasses for water, it rained and we weren’t given the option to change tables after we got rained on, we had to clean out own table.

    Not sure what changed or when, but the food portion was drastically different. Last time I visited was in august, and of course pictures of the meals were taken. When I pulled the waitress to the side to inquire about the portion size, she acted like that wasn’t a thing of course until I showed her the two pictures (from august and of that day). She stayed quiet lol. Anyways I told her it was fine because she started giving every excuse possible. Anniversary didn’t go as planned, when I was looking forward to coming back! Oh well, had to inform others about what they can expect from now.

    I had a wonderful dining experience here at The Deck. It was a beautiful setting. A live DJ. The lighting was inviting. Of course, having the boats docked on the background added another level of allure. There was also an art exhibit on the far end. It was nice to have that touch. My waiter was awesome. The staff kept my glass of water filled at all times. Very attentive to detail. Great experience! I’ll definitely be back.

    We arrive the host seat us down, it was not busy maybe only 6 tables, after 10 minutes we had to call some one to ask for a drink, No one came to our table for welcome and ask if we wanted something, We went to the buffet, very poor Buffet, not much of a hot food. One pasta dish with so mush black paper that was impossible to eat, one fish dish it was cold, dish where seated there for a wile the place was not busy, the salad bar was very basic, $290 for two, Will not recommend for the food, go for the view and the DJ , have a drink at the bar
