We attended the Deck, we had made a web booking. On arrival we were not known to front of house, thus our booking was not registered..... Seems pointless if you have the Web service to book, yet dont read them an add to your front of house check list. Very Amature in deed....

I came here alone and the staff were very accommodating, I had a beautifully cooked ribeye and roast veg with greens, highly recommend this. Also had a hot chocolate with a piece of the chocolate cake, these were so nice, I surely was satisfied with what I had and will be coming back when I'm in Alice Springs.

Very disappointing. I saw the menu on the internet and I was very happy to see the Surf and Turf that I have loved in the past was there. Got to the restaurant and no Surf and Turf on the menu. After I got over that disappointment I ordered the Laksa with chicken. It was very below average. The chicken tasted old and the soup itself had way too much coconut cream and thats all that could be tasted. My friends had the Wagyu beef and at $45 ea it was tough and fatty. All in all a crap night won't go back again and wouldn't recommend it.

We were sent two incorrect cocktails initially however without even making a complaint the service staff quickly identified the problem and comped us both the wrong cocktails (which we drank) and two more of our choice. Entrees were delivered promptly and were delicious. Although there was a wait on the mains, the excellent service and attention provided by the wait staff completley made up for it. The mains were enormous & well worth the money. Would reccomend to anyone

Arrived to find that we had been placed outside near the smoking area. Not enough places set and no high chair for 6 month old. Temperature was 38. Who would dine outside in that heat and with a young child? Who would want to dine next to a designated smoking area? Not impressed. Left and dined at another venue.

I booked dinner for 22 people for my husbands birthday we had our table set up outside on the deck, the table was set up lovely and the food was beautiful everyone enjoyed their meals. Service was great we couldnt have asked for better service or meals. Thank you Malcolm for organizing all this for me great service great staff exceptional food.
