   Food was OK. Lamb is very fatty and I know that is a good and bad of lamb. Flavors and idea is there just need to find some other cuts.

   One of my party ordered lamb chops. They tasted more boiled than broiled. I understand they are prepared sous-vide. Perhaps the plastic pouch was pierced and boiling water leaked in? Not very appetizing, at all. The mushroom soup appetizer was more than than enough (it was tasty however). Portion size was super-sized. As well, the mushroom phyllo accompaniment to the Kutera salmon was virtually inedible.

   We dined apres ski. The food was exceptional, and the service was also superb. We enjoyed the varied selections. The rack of lamb was a fabulous value compared to the other fine dining opportunities nearby

   Service was slow feb 25 10am ... coffee / drink replenishment was non-existent ... my breakfast arrived warm not hot ... overall food was decent .. but not worth the $24 we paid for the breakfast

   Den has a wonderfully balanced menu with lots of options for vegans and gluten intolerant diners. Not only are there options, they are delicious! The staff are very knowledgeable and attentive; the chef even came out to speak with us about how some of the items are made. This was a delightful and fun dining experience for both our vegans and non-vegans.

   Our main courses were quite good. Two of our party had the rack of lamb - it was well seasoned, however the rack itself had quite a bit of fat and was difficult to eat in a restaurant setting - at home one would eat this by hand or with a sharp knife. Another member ordered the side of truffle oil mashed potatoes that were served cold without truffle oil. Mushroom risotto was very good as were the two flat iron steaks.

    My family and I normally Go to this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion with breakfast. This visit we had a very brutal experience. We were set at 10:30 AM and did not receive water or asked if we wanted coffee until 11 AM. And this is only because we went and found an employee and asked for water. Coffee took another 15 minutes. We started feeling sick because this was breakfast and we hadn't had anything to eat or drink prior to arriving. We aren't picky people. This could have been made better if the server simply acknowledged the delay in service and at least took our drink order and gave us water but he did not. We are not picky people and we understand staff shortages. But there was 0 acknowledgment 0 apology extremely delayed food 0 offer of coffee refills or water refills. It was just a really brutal experience.

    Wonderful evening, attentive female waitress and excellwnt five-course prix fix dinner. We were surpised that the dinner was a set menu, which was new this year in this restaurant. This was our fault for not reading their menu sent to us in advance.

    Fantastic experience, my second time there, Sam was amazing, her wine recommendations were perfect and made me feel so welcome, it was not rushed, great atmosphere, had Danny as a server the first time, Bruno the second visit, both were outstanding, the duck confit salad was so good, I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. This is my new go to place in Whistler thanks to the amazing staff and delicious food.

    Great experience. I do wish for more non alcoholic options besides “we can make any cocktail without the booze”. Only option for a creative non alcoholic option was the blackberry fizz. It was great but would love to see a cocktail list/non alcohol beer options for those who prefer not to imbibe. That would have rounded out the meal.

    We had a wonderful evening! The decor is beautiful, the service was lovely and the food was absolutely delicious. The truffle risotto came recommended and did not disappoint and the lamb shank was the largest serving of lamb shank I’ve ever seen, and it was cooked to your desired temperature which was ideal. Would definitely come back!

    Food was great, it's a pretty restaurant and the service was good. Our only complaint is we were the only people in there and they placed us in the corner next to the kitchen. It was super awkward feeling and noisy. If the restaurant was full it would have felt fine but as we were the only people there it was not enjoyable.

    The food was excellent! The atmosphere was just right. The tables are well spaced and the noise level allowed for conversation. The only minus was the length of time it took to get our food.. two and a half hours for three courses! Yikes! We thought our server had forgotten us… I will be back for the food! Yum!

    Very disappointing experience. It took an hour to receive our amuse bouche and in this time we had been offered one drink and finished it. Service was inattentive. We had to ask for another drink. Starter was good, generous portions. Steak was cooked to my preference but luke warm. The cheesecake and lava cake dessert was also delicious. However I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to others

    The restaurant is cozy and attractive. Our server Kaily was wonderful. In fact, most servers seemed very good. Our dishes ranged from poor to fine. Descriptions of dishes do not match the final result.

    Honestly the food was amazing!!!!! Couldn’t be happier. My one critique was the service. The server was all over the place and blamed him not coming to say hi for 15 minutes because the host didn’t tell him we were there… he walked past about 5 times!! Drinks took quite a long time to come and he didn’t know the cocktail menu at all and said the whole menu & drinks list was new… it’s his job to know what’s on the menu! I always love the food at Nita and the ambiance and decorations but I’ve always found the service super slow and a bit disorganized. Still had a great time and I’ll for sure be back again.
