The Den at Azabu Miami Beach, an exclusive hidden omakase room specializing in the art of Edomae Sushi located inside Stanton Hotel. The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi, 18 seat counter seating, omakase sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic Edomae sushi experience. Autograph omakase is $185 (plus tax and gratuity) per guest including small dishes focused on seasonal ingredients, 12 pieces nigiri, roll, miso soup and dessert, total of 16-17 courses. No a la carte options. The Den has set seating times (open Tuesday-Saturday). All guest must consume raw fish. Dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated. All reservation must be prepaid with 24-hour cancellation policy.
