Service was slow and food was not great. My wife ordered the Jerk Chicken special, asked before ordering if it was thigh or breast, was told breast, but it was not. Came with Jamaican rice and beans that contained about 3 beans and a Cole slaw that had basically just cabbage and absolutely zero flavour. I had Brussel Sprouts and chicken Wings which were ok. Their Menu doesn’t seem to really have any theme or make sense. Some really basic Appies, entrees are all nicer things, but they clearly aren’t capable of cooking those things well. They should simply the menu like they do at lunch, and then maybe the place would have decent food. I would not go back here for dinner

Every year on holidays we make a point of going to The Den a few times for dinner whilst we're at Silverstar Resort. Whether it's dinner for two or a large crowd you can't go wrong with The Den. The staff are friendly, professional and attentative (shout out to Michael who was our server last night), the food is always delicious and the drinks are fabulous (I can highly recommend the classic marquerita). We will definitely continue to go back.

My wife and I took our 11 year old son for his birthday. Great food, lovely music, and a great ambience. And we had great service from a lovely woman from Cornwall, UK who was super cheerful and friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a great meal out!

Two of us had the spice night Korean pork meal. Found the pork very difficult to eat, chewy, lots of fat so ended up eating the soup only. Husband had burger and fries which he said was excellent. Our friend had lamb gnocchi (last one available by 6:30) and she enjoyed the meal. Ambience was very nice with moderate amount of noise, nice for a visit with friends, we were in a back booth which made it even cozier. Waiter was good but difficult to understand due to strong accent and mask. Would go again but would review menu more carefully.

Solid, tasty food. Many dishes have some Asian flavors to them. Good wine list, good service. Had the Salmon and Shrimp Cake special (the Shrimp Cake was really good). Going back for dinner in a couple of night.

Overall the drinks and food was good. The lamb shank was very good but there was very little side dishes and the pork belly was not well done. Three of our dishes came out the same time and the 4 dish came out when we were almost done - it did not make for the best experience especially if you spend $200 on a meal. They did not keep us informed either. Luckily the waitress was fun the times we got to interact with her. Was still hungry when we got home despite sharing a starter.

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon dinner , though he is a bit picky with food and didn’t find much to his liking he did enjoy his wings he had. I however absolutely loved my Fettucine pasta dish I had! It was the best pasta I’ve ever had!

We made reservations via the open table app which worked out well as they were very busy. The food was good a bit under heated but good. It did feel overcrowded and a bit uncomfortable due to covid, many groups of young people socializing at a few tables together who were using it as an experience to socialize and were loud and in party mode.

We had the risotto and the rib specials while the kids enjoyed pizza and sliders. Everything was delicious and the presentation was lovely. Loved that our server was able to suggest the right wines to pair with our meals too. From start to finish we were were taken care of and left with leftovers.

The Den, reconfigured for dinning in the pandemic era, still maintains its coziness and charm. The service staff were all excellent and made us feel very comfortable. The meals we ordered were all very good (2 seafood specials and prime rib), with our compliments to the kitchen staff. If Kevin is behind the bar, make sure to try one of his signture creations. I would highly recommend the Den for a place to warm up for lunch or for a great evening dinner.

Outstanding chef. Our dinner was delicious, beautifully plated, with careful attention paid to every morsel. Even the bokchoy was perfectly grilled. And ooh, that butternut purée garnish!! This meal was a masterpiece, topped off with warm professional service in a candle-lit dining room surrounded by snow drifts.
