Great service and delicious cocktails
It was our first time visiting The Diamond couple days ago. We had no idea what to order but the servers were happy to help and suggest. This is a great place to go! We will be back again.
What a great night out and much needed during this time. The service and care was impeccable not to mention how well they take care of the protocols during these uncertain times. It was no wonder they were busy and bustling during a Tuesday evening. Take your pod there - I highly recommend it.
The Diamond is my favourite date spot for cocktails in the city.
Our experience was amazing! We go to The Diamond every year for our anniversary, and this year was by far our best! Our server (I didn’t catch his name :( ) was incredible! Super friendly and accommodating, recommended amazing cocktails and just gave us such a memorable night. Thank you!
Our server was incredibly knowledgable about all their cocktails & types of alcohol. The ambiance was amazing, it's an absolutely beautiful room & you feel like your in New York City.
Great drinks, lots of plexiglass & reasonable social distancing while maintaining a lively atmosphere. Table was ready right away when we arrived for our reservation.

Went there for my friends birthday and not only did our Bartender make us the most amazing cocktails, but he ensured that my friend had a wonderful time.
The atmosphere was great and our server was also lovely and had a real personality. The drinks on the other hand were not great this time. Normally done well. Other than that everything was great.

Perfect classy summer cocktail spot! Amazing cocktails, fun ambience, classy upscale feel with a casual summer vibe overlooking the rest of gastown. The open windows on a hot day made it feel like we were on a patio. Super friendly servers and the bartender was open to making new drinks if you told them what you like - felt very personalized and sophisticated. Will 100% go back!
The volume was a bit too loud for me, I found myself yelling too much and my throat sore.
Hostess was great at making sure we had a table and were looked after !

The food and service is good~ And the atmosphere is calm and wonderful. The place is lively.
I wish there was more on the menu that was on the site. There were little dinner choices even thou my friends and I enjoy the mac and cheese and bread.
The cheese platter are amazing. Warm Olives are also mind blowing. This is one of the most fascinating bar which also providing amazing food.
Servers are general super friendly and helpful. They are fully knowledgeable about the menu, and gave me useful advice when I’m a bit overwhelmed by the cocktail selection.
The place became super busy after 7pm, so we had a hard time to get our bill. This might be the only down side which could be improve.
Overall, this is the best bar I have been in Gas town. Perfect for a girls night or date.

I've been to The Diamond before for drinks but hadn't stayed for dinner. Let me tell you something: it's fantastic. The menu doesnt have many items, but they are great. Also, I highly recommend the mousse for dessert!

We went for my sisters 40th birthday and it was absolutely fantastic! The way that they “team serve” is amazing, you never have to feel like you were out of place if you need something to your table. Food was fantastic, well seasoned, perfectly portioned, and arrived in a nice succession. Well done there!
Love the space, great staff, great cocktails. However, my date and I couldn't hear each other over the music, so we had to leave.
This was an amazing discovery for us. Definitely not your typical cocktails - these tenders like to MIX it up when you let them and they really know their stuff. I really enjoyed discovering new ways to enjoy great bourbon! The room has a real New Orleans look and the place was hopping. Their hidden speakeasy was much quieter than the main lounge. Glad we had reservations.
The atmosphere of the place was really cool, the service was great and our drinks were unbelievably good. The food wasn’t as good as we expected for a bar, maybe next time we’ll try something else and give the menu another chance. (The chorizo pizza was amazing though)

We’re charged regular price for drinks put in at happy hour. During a toast to a friend, a server came over and advised us to “keep it down and not disrupt” as we apparently were loud, which was interesting as the bar itself was loud and we were simply toasting to a congratulatory beverage for a friends accomplishment before we were quickly hushed. Prior to this we were not disruptive. Overall, was an odd experience and staff was not very friendly
The cocktails were great but the food was lacking, my friend couldn't even eat his main. But the server was very nice and the setting is lovely.

Phenomenal venue! We visited while on vacation and this was hands down our favourite spot in Vancouver! Great views of Gastown, amazing cocktails, excellent ambience and service, and the pre fixe menu was generous and affordable. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll definitely return to The Diamond!

We went for a work client celebration, it was a good choice. The drinks were delicious and our server was very helpful in food and drink selections.
