   Overall, we enjoyed our dinners. All meals were tender and delicately seasoned. Those choosing prime rib wished to have some au jus or gravy with their meals. Also diners should have a choice with garlic or no garlic potatoes. One of our party thought her meal should have been on a warmer plate.

   We have been at Eganridge Dining Room a few times in the last few months and each time the food is very good! Ambiance is relaxing! But the service has been exceptionally good! Very helpful and pleasant!

   We went for our Anniversary and enjoyed the meal! The service was amazing and very friendly! The atmosphere was relaxing and very enjoyable! We have been a few times to Eganridge dining & each time it has been great! We plan to keep going again!

   A wonderful way to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my spouse. The experience overall was first class. The special menu was designed for romance - each course was delivered in a timely manner, with unique and delicious flavours, quantity perfect, excellent presentation. Had a choice of 3 options for each course topped off with a tray of delightful sweets and chocolate dipped strawberries for dessert. We have been going to Eganridge for years and this was one of the best experiences. Can’t beat the atmosphere! Carly, our server, was charming.

    For New Years it was a fixed menu. The mushroom soup, surf and turf and chocolate mousse dessert was superb. The salad was a little heavy on the tomato (although the dressing was excellent), and the cheese plate was subpar. The service staff was full value. Very attentive considering how busy it was.

    My girlfriend and I had a fantastic time. The food was wonderful and the service was fantastic. Being the middle of the week in November, we were the only guests, and they treated us like royalty. Superb!!! Thank you for a fabulous night! Thomas and Michelle

    We were well received and seated when we came in to dine in a party of six. We enjoyed the Focacia appetizer. It was very generous. Three of the party ordered the salmon diner and three ordered the steak. Unfortunately the consensus on the steak was that it was too dry and tough. The Assistant Manager was alerted and the staff did offer to replace the steak for the one person who found it too tough to eat and also offered two complimentary desserts. It is too bad this happened to our group who were visiting from Europe and had higher expectations of the resort.

    Nice views but interior needs updating. 7:00pm on a Friday night and the steak entrée wasn't available. Long waits between courses. Salmon made my spouse sick.

    The ambience and service were very good. The meals were pricey for what you got. Shrimp dinner was like a snack. Prime rib was quite good and cooked to my liking but the Potato and vegetable ... carrots... lacked imagination. The English batter was pathetically small and no attempt was made to get another when I mentioned it. Cesaer salad and cheesecake were ok. Drink prices were quite reasonable. An ok meal but likely would not return or go out of our way to go again.

    My steak was cold and over cooked My rice dish was warm not hot My husband could not eat the rice dish due to some spice added My steak and my husbands steak had no flavour and was about the thickness of a frozen burger

    Very disappointing dinner - the food was sparse, and poorly flavoured, and the poor waitress was overwhelmed as she was the only server in the dining room. We were there for an occasion and drove over an hour to get there, but we won't be back anytime soon, given our experience. Sorry, it used to be a must-visit spot for us, but no longer.

    I guess along the windows, or outside of weather permits. There is a lovely view across the lawns and trees to Sturgeon Lake. In winter there is a cosy fireplace, which is great when snowy outside. BUt really anywhere in the dining room is very pleasant
