    We luv the Falls Inn, it's become a Wednesday night wings staple for year's. Usually 10-14 from the valley, Kimberley, Walter's Falls. The staff are simply amazing 👍👏.. Whitney and Cathy know everyone's favourites and allergies; that's customer service at it's best. They always accommodate us Band night can be a little loud; albeit we are louder... People enjoy the music.

    Our server Whitney and Darien were absolutely amazing!! Love coming there so much!! The wings were delicious and hot and the salads were amazing! Overall a fantastic food experience!! We will be back

    Great waiter, he did his utmost to satisfy our needs. First of all we went to sit on the patio, beautiful day and our reservation was for 12.30. Patio not open! Drove 90 minutes to sit inside. Secondly, one of our foursome had dietary restraints i.e. Gluten The restaurant/menu was not set up for this issue and it took a lot of help from our waiter to come with a solution that worked. I would of thought that a high end spa/inn would of had an issue like this sorted out, in this day and age. In summary, food was good, beer was cold with a great view...from inside..

    Wonderful venue for a birthday celebration. Food is good. Their baked briecappitizer forvtwo was unbelievable. As my husband is gluten intolerant they spent extra time making sure what he ordered was gluten free. The view itself makes this a magic place.

    I had been at inn twice earlier this summer with excellent satisfaction ,I was happy to take 6 folks to lunch and we were not disappointed Excellent. Service very attentive , and kind , food excellent , and presentation very attractive , Accessibility important to me so always nice to visit venues so acccesibile and attractive, Great to learn you work as a team and all tips are shared 👍 I think it would be helpful if better signage in village to direct traffic to inn.

    We have been to the Falls many times over the years. Our great experiences led us to invite new friends to Pub night. We were able to sit outside and all of us enjoyed great food, drink and conversation. You have also gained new fans of your amazing carrot cake! We will continue to recommend "The Falls" to our friends and family for an amazing dining experience.

    The setting was lovely. The food and service were excellent. The waiter explained all of the featured items very well and in great detail. Food portions were ideal. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

    Had another lovely brunch at the Falls Inn. Can’t say we have ever had a bad meal here. This brunch was on a smaller scale than the Mother’s Day brunch we had but still very good. The only thing noted was the eggs Benny were very over cooked but I understand cooking them ahead of time for a brunch is probably tricky. Can’t wait until next time.

    I think that I would recommend a specific seat next time. I wanted to sit it the corner and it was only set up for 2 people. I mentioned that to the waitress but did not say anything else. The table could have held the 4 people that we had.

    We enjoyed outside dining Wednesday evening. Ambience was very nice. Service was very good. The tomato soup was absolutely delicious. We found the drinks to be quite expensive as well as the food selections but it was delicious. We also had reservations Thursday evening in the dining room. The menu was the same as Wednesday and was hoping for a few different selections. All in all the food was delicious and the cheesecakes were amazing. Service was excellent.

    Delicious food, terrific service as usual. Waitresses go out of their way to welcome you and make sure you have everything you need for a great dining experience. Desserts are an absolute treat and served with amazing visual appeal! I definitely recommend this place as a wonderful place to gather with family and friends!

    We noted that several tables were people who were from the area and not staying at the Inn. That speaks loudly of the reputation of the Inn. Our food was second to none, the mushroom soup to die for. Whitney gave us the best service we could ask for.

    It was my wife’s and my birthdays same day. Having been to Walters Falls numerous times for lunch we decided to come back. The food and service was outstanding as usual. Our waitress went out of her way to look after our special day and even gave us a glass of complimentary Champagne to celebrate. It was our guests first time there and The Falls Inn impressed them. This place is a class act.

    We have been to Walters Falls quite a few times. This visit was disappointing. It was Wing Night, we had a salad appetizer first. We waited around 20 minutes after our salad for the wings....they were Cold? Our server checked with us and I told her they were cold. She appologand took them away. We had these wings replaced in 5 mins and they were warmer. We never saw our server after that....we finally went to the front desk to pay for our food, got tired of waiting around. It was our Anniversary and I'm sorry but this dinner was not up to the usual high standards we have had on previous occasions.

    My friend and I enjoyed a delicious lunch today and we were both impressed with our waiter, Alex. He clearly enjoys providing guests with an exceptional dining experience. The food was amazing,, we couldn’t resist dessert after Alex described the items in enthusiastic detail and we never felt rushed. Such an enjoyable place. Well done!!

    I was very disappointed in my brunch. Our booking time was 1030 am. I have never been to Walter's Falls before. I went with 2 friends. The " hot"food was barely luke warm to cold and the "cold" food was warm. Couldn't eat the potato salad because it was warm. I was expecting a higher standard of food to match the price. Eggs Benedict was on an untoasted, unbuttered English muffin. They used such a slim piece of ham and I expected pemeal bacon. The homefries were from a frozen bag not home made. I was also surprised at the bacon. The bacon was very similar to fast food precooked bacon, very thin. Again, I was expecting a higher quality meal to match the price. Other items included a beef dish which lacked flavor, chicken, which was yummy, breakfast sausage, toast (not home made bread) scone (homemade) yummy, lettuce salad, macaroni salad, shrimp, waffles, French toast, quiche, desserts (store purchased, probably Flannagans). I didn't see any fruit but the dessert table was really picked over. Coffee and tea are an extra cost ($3.00) I will stick with another local restaurant that has a lot more options, has homemade food and almost half the price at $18.99. Maybe the chef was away or sick and they were tying to make do? I have no idea but if that was the case the cost of the meal should have been lowered and informed the guests. I won't be back.

    Although my wife and I have enjoyed numerous dining at the Inn, we always take visitors who are staying at our home in Williamsford. Yesterday, we brought our good friend and her mother. As in the past, the serve, the ambiance and the food was second to none. Special thanks for always hitting the mark of excellence.
