My husband and I are ffolkes fans but this time we brought my parents along with us. My dad had a tendency to be very negative at times but my parents are both raving about how much they enjoyed their meals. The place, the food, the staff , the service all brilliant thank you. Can’t wait to come again.

The whole set up at the fflokes is very good with the way they have the different food providers on board. We have never had burgers like it before and the portions are big. The service was really good and the food came very quickly. The desserts were out of this world. I would fully recommend this a visit .

We decided to have food in the restaurant before we went to the sip and Paint experience. The staff were really friendly and gave us enough time to order food and when we ordered the dessert they were really kind and brought it over the other room where we doing the sip and Paint. The food was really delicious but they are very large portions!

We prebooked our table for a birthday. On arrival our table wasn’t ready so we were offered two tables in the conservatory. We didnt want to do this as we wanted to be together. We waited a while and kept getting told they would get us when table was ready however there was no effort to ask the people at our table to leave even though they were all finished when we arrived and we’re just talking. Having 3 kids they were hungry so we had to be quite forceful in asking them to have a word so we could have our table. Didn’t think this appropriate as we’d prebooked and stated it was for a birthday. The coffee machine had broken so had to wait twice for that to be fixed then had to wait 10 mins to order pancakes then another 10 for it to be cooked so by that time everyone else had finished eating. Have been before and loved it and value for money is good however I do feel that organisation was really lacking that day considering they knew we were coming

The food was amazing, plenty of choice. The staff were very helpful at the table and whilst getting our food but I was not impressed with the welcoming staff as we had 2 staff members walk pass us whilst we were waiting to be seated, one just looked me up and down and said nothing!

Booked on short notice and was impressed a table was available. Had the nicest burger (Oki) I’ve had for a long time, plenty of fries and a lovely Malbec. My wife had the Hong Kong Phooey which was also excellent. Overall an excellent meal.

Great place to sit, chat, eat and drink with family and friends. This is my 2nd visit to the Ffolkes and it was as enjoyable as the first. I’m in the older age group (45-50) but it’s refreshing to go somewhere like this in Norfolk for reasonably priced food and drink with a very easy atmosphere. You can order whatever you need from your table using the app or via the waiting staff, it’s very easy and you just get left alone to enjoy your evening. Tasty food, good selection. Highly recommend

We had breakfast here for my partners birthday. I called up to see if I could bring in a balloon to have on the table as a surprise which we could and that was lovely can’t fault that side of it however the food was not worth the money. The bacon was so try and hard you couldn’t even cut it, the fried eggs felt like they had a melted film of plastic on top of them and black pudding was tough and dry. Not the best way to start of his birthday at all. Disappointed.

Whilst the stay in our room was lovely, the restaurant was a disappointment. The food just was not nice, end of. Salty and gritty, the beef brisket was clearly cheap and fatty. For the prices they expect it’s not really acceptable, even with the Norfolk pass… was expecting a Sunday roast on the Sunday also… but where was that? Breakfast in the morning was ok, nothing to write home about. If you stay here, as ridiculous as it sounds, eat elsewhere as it’s not even the slightest up market or ambient. Feels like an expensive Wetherspoons.

Was a bit dissapointed. Asked for scrambled eggs but they were so overcooked and far too much (cereal bowl) Sausages were overcooked and bacon very fatty . Thank godforsaken my fave ice-cream.
