We are an American Style Restaurant with a French flair located in the beautiful Manchester Mills in Manchester NH.

**At this time we are excepting reservations for parties no larger than 6 people. There is no exception to this policy. Parties over 6 people may be booked by calling the restaurant. Any parties over 6 people will be sat at separate tables.

**We accept reservations for INSIDE DINING ONLY. Reservation made with patio requests do not guarantee an outdoor table will be available upon arrival and may require an additional wait time. Due to frequent changes in the weather we do not accept reservations for outside and all reservations are for inside dining with preferences noted.

**Due to limited seating availability there is a 2 hour time limit on all patio tables without exceptions.

Masks are mandatory during this time in the restaurant is non-negotiable, Thanks for your patience at this time while we focus on giving the best service possible.

We went to the Foundry for my in laws anniversary. This experience exceeded my expectations and we all had a fantastic time. The food was incredible and the service was top notch…Attentive without being overbearing and never had to ask for anything. Highly recommend!! We will definitely be back.

Food and service was excellent. We knew coming in the Food might be pricey but I was surprised at how cheap it was for the level of service. Will definitely return.

Dinner was great, both food and service wise. But will prevent me from ever returning was the interrogation of sorts that we received at the bar after dinner. After spending $600 on a business dinner, we walked our customer out (3 of them) and then went back in to the bar (3 of us) the bartender immediately asked if we had dined there. We said yes but we closed that out. She disappeared and came back about 10 min later saying ok I can get you 1 drink each but that's it. She was very abrupt about it. Our CEO jokingly asked, do we appear intoxicated? Because we're not. And she said "two bottles of wine and two cocktails tells another story". She basically accused us of being drunk when none of us were. 10 drinks (2 bottles + 2 cocktails) across 6 people (4 men) during a 2.5 hour dinner is hardly a lot of alcohol. If it's a corp policy, I can get it. But her delivery and demeanor was an F. We will bring our corporate business elsewhere from now on

My wife and I celebrated our 50+ years of marriage at the Foundry Brunch. We chose this restaurant because of the advertised menu. In particular, the prime rib . Disappointment from the first bite of the prime rib. It was very fatty, very chewy, and had little taste. I mentioned this to an employee who was the manager. He admitted it was USDA rib roast, with a grade of SELECT. That is much lower than what I expected. Additionally, he said he would look into it. Why charge a diner $35.00 per person and serve such a disappointing piece of beef. The remainder of the meal was good but I believe the manager handled my issue to get rid of me as quickly as possible. I would love to have the Foundry owner/operator call me on my home phone. We were a party of three in Manchester for an event. The location seems a bit odd until you step inside. Very great use of the former foundry space and theme. We were seated next to a window overlooking the river at sunset. Loved the farm to table options. Buffalo chicken dip to start. We ordered a burger with truffle fries, grilled peach salad with chicken, and a sliced ribeye sandwich with regular fries. My spouse said the ribeye was only okay (hence the four instead of five stars), but my son and I loved our dishes. Blueberry cheesecake and a surprise chocolate congratulations “plaque” for my son topped off a great meal. I look forward to visiting again.

Service was excellent, patio comfortable with quality furniture but noisy street nearby with loud motor cycles. Food was ok for the price, lasagna soup excellent, salmon ok, Dunkin mushrooms ok, clams ok. Blueberry cheesecake excellent. Not worth the 114plus tip we paid and don’t really need to go back.

We were so excited to go, atmosphere and interior had a cool mill renovated vibe. The regional sourced menu was what drew us to the restaurant. Food was good overall. We had a cheese and meat charcuterie ( the croistinis tasted stale, honey mustard and grapes were delicious). The server promptly provided newer crostinis, which were better. The blood orange brussel sprouts were refreshingly delicious. The ribeye was good, the caramelized scallops (specialty)were cooked perfectly. A side of Dunks Mushrooms (specialty) were ordered for a side - the mushrooms were dry and luke warm when arrived at the table. Dishes from the table weren't cleared. We both ordered drinks and were finished at the same time. One person in our party was asked if he would like another drink, which he declined, the server left without turning and asking anyone else. We ordered coffee with our dessert. We received the dessert, but no coffee. The mango tart was light and flavorful. Overall the dinner was good, not great and we had expected something a little better for service and some of the menu items for the expense. Not sure we will return.
