We have been going to this restaurant for many years. The pasta is made fresh, and the pizza is thin crust, the salads tasty and the cappuccino hard to beat. The ambiance is quite nice, but the service can be aloof, depending on who you get. Overall, I recommend this place.

The food is consistently delicious and very authentic Italian. My family and I have been coming here for at least 15 years and I have absolutely never been disappointed by any dish. We have introduced The Golden Boot to many other family members and friends and they all love it as well. The best Caesar salad I’ve ever had, yummy appetizers, amazing pasta dishes (the lasagna and tagliatelle bolognese are my two top picks but I’ve tried almost all of them and they are amazing), delectable pizza and tasty desserts (get a tub of tiramisu to go).

We travel from Langley every so often and it’s always worth the drive. We have been doing this since 2001 and will continue doing it. It’s the best pizza outside of Italy!

The Golden Boot does not have too many round tables and when making the reservation I requested a round table if available and guess what we got one. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

Delish food. We used to live near the Golden Boot and went there regularly. So nice to visit there again!!! The food is so fresh and all handmade…pastas, pizza dough (thin and crispy) and many tasty sauces!!! We’ll be back again soon!!!!

First time visit. It’s not fancy but the pasta is fantastic. It is definitely house made from scratch. Memorable. We had a pizza too - it’s good but not too different from other places. The pasta is why you should hit this place. Bread to start with oil and vinegar is a nice touch. Limited but decent wine list. Good service. We eat out regularly and my litmus test for any restaurant is ‘would I go back?’ YES.

We noted when making our reservation that we were there to celebrate our anniversary, but we ended up with a disappointing table, right at the back next to the restrooms. Aside from that, our meals and the service was great as always.

Young server was not good. She seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else in the world. It’s too bad because I went there for lunch a few weeks prior and probably had some of the best service of my life.

This was our first time at this restaurant and our food and service were excellent. Very tasty and generous portions. This place was recommended by my Italian co-worker --- loved my seafood canneloni and my husband had the cappricciosa pizza. He really liked it and took half home with him. We will definitely be back - we could understand why it was so busy on a Wednesday night!
