    Our server took forever for everything. Had to get up twice to get him. If they were short staffed then the manager should have been out helping. We had to ask for condiments twice, 2 ordered were wrong and it took 35 minutes to get our bill I and pay. It wasn't even busy! Furthermore even we told him about the wrong orders he did a massive sigh, looked up, slapped his arms Doreen and rolled his eyes. Then we had to give him 18% to because we were a part over 6!?!? Absolute garbage. Me and my friends will never return there.

    It was a beautiful end of summer evening to sit out on the patio. Have some drinks and good shareable portions. Food overall was decent. Staff is friendly. The area can be lively but that adds to the downtown dining experience.

    Not bad, but a little disappointing - not as good as previous visits. They appear to be short staffed. Instead of using our reservation for inside, we waited for a patio table. The hostess said it would be a 30 minute wait; we decided to wait for awhile before walking away, and 6 minutes later we were seated. There were several empty tables that had not been cleared, and it almost looked like they were purposely not clearing tables to seat more guests (thus creating a line-up) because they didn't have enough servers, nevermind not enough bus staff ? The hostess was clearing tables in between seating guests. Our server was good and the food was as expected. Not sure we would wait in line next time, particularly if we see empty tables and tables full of dirty dishes.

    Our service for our group of 12 yesterday was great! We got there a bit earlier than we had booked and there was no problem. Food an atmosphere were both good. Our server was friendly and the service was quick even with many others in the restaurant. A good selection of drinks and pub style foods. Thanks again, Post Bluejays game group of 12

    The setting was wonderful being that we sat outside. Our server was great. No complaints with service. The food was good, but expensive for what you were served. Overall, we enjoyed our experience.

    Would definitely come back. My son really liked his burger and I had the best chicken burger I’ve ever had in my life. Like next level. Hard to describe it’s like the patty is made up of small chicken pieces and clumped together inside the batter, like every bite is pieces of chicken not part of a breast and definitely not processed. I would drive all the way back from Ottawa for this. Not really cause that’s crazy but damn it was good!!

    My first time there. Had a reunion with some close friends. Environment was well suited to the occasion and we all love the place. Our hostess was super helpful and accommodating with getting us an appropriate table outside of what was reserved. Servers were friendly and attentive. Fried Chicken Sandwich was flavorful and well done. Would definitely go back.

    1. Inside was so loud we couldn't hear each other so we moved to outside - nice to have that option. 2. Idea of a "starter" is you have it prior to the main course not at the same time. 3. Briskit was a little dry. My impression was that it was a "chunk" of meat that was packaged and frozen. the accompanying veggies and mashed potatoes was excellent. 4. We were in the furthest corner of the patio but service was not lacking.

    We booked a reservation for the Goodman pub. We were showing out-of-towners the waterfront and were prepared for inferior food, poorer service and higher prices. We arrived at the receptionist station for the patio not knowing reservations were for the interior venue. The patio did not have a link to the reservation so couldn't check us as having fulfilled the reservation. We grabbed a table on the patio. Nice view and good weather. Service was fine. Food was ok. Typical pub fare however $3-4 higher per plate than a pub in the city. The Goodman was as we expected. Okay when strolling the waterfront however I would not make a trip specifically to dine there.

    Host was extremely slow to seat guests when the place was empty and didn’t give off a very welcoming vibe. Waitress was nice and attentive and food tasted pretty good and was fresh, but prices were quite high so you’re paying for the waterfront views. More expensive than most fine dining restaurants that tastier food.

    We were seated on the patio but far off from the main area. The table kept wobbling and the menus were filthy. The 72 hour brisket I ordered was clearly heated up from the fridge. The fat inside was still hard and white. Don’t waste you time or money.

    We recently ate here on a warm summer evening. We had made reservations, but they don’t work for the big patio area on the lake side (even though the view was blocked by a big boat). When we asked the host (in the very noisy bar area) about being seated outside he said the front patio was a 50 minute wait, so he took us to a lovely outdoor area at the side, which was alongside one of the little inlets where the water taxis work from. It was quiet, near water, and fantastic for people-watching. This location was absolutely perfect—a really excellent place for a casual downtown meal. The staff and food were great, and we also discovered that even though the bar area was loud, the dining room space would have been lovely too.

    I came with my girlfriend for the first time, and they made sure we were comfortable in the spot we chose. The service was excellent, as well as the food and drinks we had. The view of the harbour is fantastic. We enjoyed our time there and will revisit them.

    The worst service and not because they were short staff. Lots of wait staff just ignored us and walk by over and over. Would never recommend or return. Two other patios next door crowded and looked lovely and probably a better choice.
